I believe that every day is a personal mission to spread the art of leadership to those who I come into contact with. I believe that organizations are management-heavy and leadership-light, an imbalance which must be corrected. I believe that organizations need to make a conscious choice: Create communities of leaders or cubicles filled with followers.
