For the past few years I have been working with aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage startups in New York's Capital Region. I am a proponent of using customer discovery to develop and validate a business model and other hypothesis in the business plan. My personal philosophy in fostering the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is: Cooperate and collaborate with others who are seeking a similar goal. Aligned interest are imperative and I believe that a “rising tide lifts all boats”.
