I recently took the Myers-Briggs test because I wanted to get a stronger understanding of what drives me and why I do the things I do. Turns out, I’m an “ENFJ”. Now looking back, it’s no surprise to me that I’ve made my way to becoming a Customer Success Manager here at LinkedIn.
The ENFJ is the people organizer, warm, harmonious, and an enthusiastic champion of people who just wants to “do good” (In any interview I’ve ever been in, I’ve said the words “I want to help people”…now I know where that comes from) They make sure the needs of the people are paramount, placed in pole position on the agenda, and taken care of.
