I tend to handle performance issues when they are met (including research for the root cause). Code review: I tend to be fully SOLID compliant, and very DRY. Proficient with continuous integration/delivery processes and tools. Practice of KANBAN and SCRUM techniques. I can't say that I strive to be AGILE as I am a big fan of convention and documentation.
