I like to bring out the best in teams, management teams or other. Most of my successes have been in setting up teams from scratch and helping them deliver, or helping leaders to do so.
I strongly believe in LEAN and Agile practices and in a coaching and participative leadership styles.
I have successfully used methodologies like PRINCE2, RUP, SCRUM, KANBAN, XP and SAFe. I’m an experienced Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe coach and leadership consultant.
