I love small companies with big missions. And I know, from my own experience at Teach For America and Skillshare, that their impact is dependent upon stellar, committed teams and supporters. I created the marketing & community role at Spark Capital with the goal of helping startup founders and employees succeed through peer support, collaboration, and shared resources. As the world’s population grows and more people are exposed to technology, it has become increasingly more important for the technology industry to become more inclusive. This is true of the people technology serves as well as those who create it. Formerly an evangelist and recruiter for Teach For America and a founding.
