The most important thing I do is tell the story of how a feature, product, architectural or experience nuance will meet customer and business needs, in plain language that anybody could understand. I collaborate with designers, management, attorneys, and developers to get our processes, labels, and explanations out of our customer's way--and then test that with real and researched customer patterns.
