What is CRAFT? Community Reinforcement Approach and Family Training (CRAFT) teaches families the skills they need to meet the challenge of their loved one's substance abuse. It’s an evidence-based family therapy approach which was developed at the University of New Mexico by Dr. Robert Meyers, Ph.D. and colleagues. Parent CRAFT was developed in 2015 with the help of Dr. Meyers to specialize CRAFT for parents so they could address their child's addiction. Addiction is a nationwide epidemic facing us right now, we need real solutions like CRAFT that work.
