Ann Rockley has developed the methodologies for industry best practices in intelligent content including content models and reuse, structured content management systems (SCMS), and globalization, and has documented them in her book, “Managing Enterprise Content: A Unified Content Strategy,” 2nd Edition (2012). She is known as the “mother of content strategy” for her ground-breaking work in analysis and content strategy. Ann has a MIS and is a Fellow of The Society for Technical Communication. Ann is the founder of the Intelligent Content Conference and the founder and CEO of The Rockley Group. Ann works in the life sciences, financial, publishing, and high tech industries.
