1. MY CHARACTER BIBLE

2. FULL NAME: FREDERICK BOSS
AGE: 55
LOCATION: AINSTOWRTH, MANCHESTER
• Looks: Frederick is a 55 year old, he looks like any typical man his age would look.
Wrinkles on his face, tired eyes, messy grey hair, bushy and not looked after eyebrows.
He has deep brown eyes. He is pale and has a few very faint scars on his face, from the
usual work he does around the house. He is quite physically weak and gets tired very
easily. Frederick doesn’t wear anything interesting. He wears black comfortable trousers,
a dark grey, baggy sweatshirt and old black trainers.
I would imagine him to look something like the picture on
the left.
His likes and dislikes are very basic.
He likes: silence, being on his own, going for walks at night
time, coffee, horror films
He dislikes: being in large crowds, animals, having his
photograph taken.

3. PERSONALITY
• Fredericks personality is very positive, he likes the way his life is at the moment, and
although he doesn’t like admitting it, sometimes he would like to have a person by his
side again, somebody there to support him at his worse. He is a very loving man, even
though he has nothing and nobody to love.
• His habits are:
• Good- his good habits are to always be kind to people and respect them, although he
doesn’t come in contact with many people.
• Bad- his bad habits are eating unhealthy food and just not really looking after himself.

4. FREDERICK’S LIFE.
• Currently, Frederick considers his life to be quite basic. He has a routine and sticks to it.
He doesn’t plan on changing anything. His daily routine is to wake up, make himself
breakfast, do the housework such as doing the dishes and washing his dirty clothes, by
hand, as Frederick doesn’t believe in the new technologies. After doing the housework,
Frederick usually sits at home, not doing much. As it gets closer to night time, he will go
for a walk, get some fresh air and exercise his leg and ease the pain. He will then come
back, eat, get ready for bed and go to sleep.
• You would never find Frederick at a pub, or any place where there is crowds of people as
he has gotten used to being alone so much.

5. THE PAST
• In his childhood, Frederick was surprisingly very popular, had lots of friends and attended
lots of parties. He had a fun and exciting life. His friends always called him ‘Fred’ and he
was also knows as the funny kid who's always making people laugh. He loved his parents
and was in a way kind of nerdy too. He made his parents proud by getting good grades
whilst still having a social life.
• At the age of 19, his parents unfortunately passed away and disappeared without clues or
any evidence. This is when Fredrick's life changed and he changed from being cheery,
funny guy, to a quiet, boring 19 year old.
• Up until the age of 22, he still had his younger sister and brother which he looked after.
However, his brother was diagnosed with depression when Frederick was 21 and
committed suicide on Fredericks 22nd birthday. Frederick was devastated and his sister
was in such shock that she stayed in a coma for 3 weeks.

6. THE PAST CONTINUED…
• After this, Frederick almost was certain that he was cursed with bad luck. Eventually, his
only sibling left moved away and they didn’t really get in touch a lot.
• At the age of 28, Frederick finally decided he needed to get out and stop being so lonely,
so he found himself a girlfriend, which he married 3 years later. His girlfriend gave birth to
two beautiful children which were healthy and made Frederick feel like his life was coming
back to normal.
