My research is focusing on the subject of managerial discretion. Managerial discretion refers to the locus of managerial control over process of organization decision-making. Managerial discretion is a multidimensional concept that can be analysed on individual, organizational and environmental levels. My research is focusing on the relationship between environmental and organizational levels of managerial discretion.
