Haar eigen ontwerpen en reacties op mode(shows) waren zo bijzonder en prikkelend dat Tavi al snel uitgroeide tot een kleine modegoeroe. De jonge maar nu al populaire modeblogster mag een deel van de Alice & Olivia modeshow tijdens New York Fashion Week (deze week) gaan aankleden. Tavi gaat de styling voor een groot feest verzorgen van de Alice & Olivia-show.De Alice & Olivia-show van modeontwerpster Stacey Bendet zal een extra spetterende show worden. Stacey Bendet zal voor de eerste keer een schoenencollectie op de catwalk laten verschijnen. Daarom pakt het merk uit met een groot feest. En dit feest mag Tavi dus gaan stylen. Tavi vertelde twee maanden geleden op haar site dat zij die voorkeursbehandeling ook niet liever niet krijgt. De website gebruikt 1 van de vele social plugins van Facebook die gebruikers aanmoedigen om de eerste van je vriendengroep te zijn om een product ‘leuk te vinden’.Door gebruik te maken van de geaggregeerde data van Facebook zorgt Levi’s voor een gepersonaliseerde omgeving gebaseerd op de ‘likes’ van vrienden. Op deze manier wordt een webshop gecreëerd die volledig gebaseerd is op aanbevelingen van bekenden. Mond-tot-mond marketing wordt hier optimaal benut: je klant kan shoppen samen met zijn vrienden zonder dat ze er daadwerkelijk bij zijn.
