But, it is the Bad Habits that easily attract. Further,
we rationalize saying that
“Everyone else is doing the bad habit too”

more attracted towards
bad habits ?

that we can easily control, and
discontinue the bad habits, at our will,
almost always fails us, and
we become slaves to bad habits –
leading to complete ruining
of our LIVES

neural pathways of our minds.
20. But why do we engage in a bad habit
when we know that it’s bad for us?
To understand that,
we have to understand the basis for all human nature.
Humans will do more to avoid pain
than to gain pleasure.
Our minds are constantly weighing things on

study how you got attracted,
addicted understand the long-term
consequences and
commit yourself to a programme –
with discipline – to take a “U” turn.

set up a reward and punishment

Good manners give us good friends;
