Summary: When enabling/disabling the flash uploader, page
refresh needed on 'Options > Save'
Details: Currently in 'Media Manager > Options', after
enabling/disabling the flash uploader and 'Saving', the page is
not refreshed and the uploader is not changed.
Manually refreshing shows the correct uploader.
