JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Professionally managing machine and assembly area to achieve the target through training motivating and guiding
them in systematic manner and to get quality output, Responsible for achieving production target in terms of
value and quality.
Calculating plant efficiency (OEE) ,downtime, rework, consumable cost control , system consumable and work
to reduce the same by focuson manpower ,availability,spares availability , preventivemaintenance etc
Conduct Hand shake meeting, Production meeting, maintenance meeting and resolve key issues. Make why-why
analysis for equipment breaks down and process issues. During the shift ensuring entry in log-bookreporting.
Daily rejection analysis and applying the counter measures to the problems by using 7-QC TOOLS, 4W1H Analysis.
Identify productivity and quality improvement projects and implement the same through effectiveplanning
and periodic monitoring torecommend correctiveactionswhereverrequired toachieve planned results.
Coordinate with PPC for daily plan of production based as per customer requirement to ensure availability of
raw material at all times in the plant coordinate material movement and shipment plan smooth &
uninterrupted running of all production activities
Active team member of CFT team to implementing report improvement through kaizen, poke-yoke, cycle time,
reduction, line balancing, 6s.
Maintaining document as per requirement of ISO/TS16949:2009
Regular review of plant performance, make actions plan for continuous improvement of product quality,
productivity, product safety, operating cost and coordinating with third party for implementation of these
actions plans.
