7. 1000 Galileo nights Night sky watch camps for children and adults with amateur telescopes were organized in 1000 locations. This has lead to the formation of nearly thirty-five amateur astronomy clubs

25. Telescope making camps Telescope making camps were conducted by trained school teachers all over the State using kits prepared by the organization. Few thousand pieces of simple two inch refractor telescopes were made with locally available materials.

81. Around 3200 interactive classes and discussions were conducted in 1050 locations spread across the state of Kerala. All classes were taken by nearly 600 trained resource persons working on voluntary basis. Classes were differentially organized for students (linking with curriculum) and public (linking with life). It will be continued in the year 2010 also, especially in schools.
