Experienced attorney Terry Chucas specializes in dependency court appeals and has represented clients before the Fourth and Second District Courts of Appeals in California. Outside of his work in the legal field, Terry Chucas has an interest in Broadway Theater and cites Evita as one of his favorite plays. The acclaimed musical Evita made its Broadway debut in 1979. Stage actress Patti LuPone starred as Eva Peron, the wife of an Argentinian dictator who rose from poverty to the top of society. The musical contains more than a dozen original songs created through a collaboration between Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. The original Broadway show ended in 1983 after more than 1,500 performances. In 1996, English director Alan Parker wrote and directed a film adaptation of Evita. Led by Madonna, the film contained many of the songs from the 1976 musical, as well as the original song “You Must Love Me.” Decades later, in 2012, Evita returned to Broadway. The revival starred Elena Roger, as well as pop star Ricky Martin as the fictionalized Che Guevara.
