5. B is for balance Keeping one foot slightly in front of the other. Keeping feet shoulder width apart.
6. E is for Elbow Keeping your elbow in a L shape. L
7. E is for eyes Keep your eyes on the back of the goal, and picture the ball going in the basket.
8. F is for follow through Starting in the L position and extending your arm straight up and flick you wrist downward like you are reaching into the cookie jar on the top shelf.
