Freshdesk Faculty, Freshdesk CEO and GMG Faculty.

• 10:00 - 11:30am - Internal SV.CO Panel - Pitch Practice and Quick
Feedback
• 12:30 - 1:15pm - Lunch
• 11:30 - 12:30pm - Product Demo (Teams who qualify for Product
Demo will be informed earlier)
• 1:15 - 1:30pm - Brief to the panelist on the Pitch outcome/
expectations
• 1:30 - 3:15pm - Real Pitch to FD Panel
• 3:15 - 3:30pm - Industry Expectation - a presentation by FD HR Head
• 3:30 - 4:30pm - Girish dives deeper on why and what next: 3 Stellar
SV.CO Teams
• 4:30 - 6:00pm - High Tea
*Coffee/Tea/Snacks in Parallel starting at 10:30am*

7. 9:00am - 10:00am - Teams Arrive and Registration
1. Understand where Freshdesk office and how much
distance it is from wherever you are staying.
2. Arrive at the Gate around 8:45am as there will be
Gate pass procedures, and then a 10 minute walk to
Freshdesk office
3. Registration will begin sharp at 9:00am

8. • 10:00 - 11:30am - Internal SV.CO Panel - Pitch Practice and
Quick Feedback
The above will be a parallel session:
Each internal lead will give feedback based on your dry run.
This feedback will help you in fine-tuning your presentation
skills for the Final Pitch in the afternoon
Each Team will get 10 minutes (4 minutes of presentation time
and 6 minutes of Feedback)
Ideally only one of you from your team should make the
presentation and that can be someone from your team who
can communicate clearly can make the presentation

9. • 11:30 - 12:30pm - Product Demo (Teams who qualify for Product
Demo will be informed earlier)
Teams to demo with pre-assigned panel (each panel will have
2 FD members) for detailed feedback
Each team gets 20min window the FD panel member (this will
be a parallel session).
Each panel will also have one SV.CO member from the
Engineer team who will observe and note the feedback.

10. 1:30 - 3:15pm - Real Pitch to FD Panel
1. Each team will get 4 minutes only
2. The panel will be scoring your pitch
3. 3 Winners will be selected by the Panel

11. 3:15 - 3:30pm - Industry Expectation
This talk will help you understand how hiring is
looked at by Startups such as Freshdesk, what
skills they look for.

12. • 3:30 - 4:30pm - Girish dives deeper on why and what next: 3
Stellar SV.CO Teams
3 Stellar SV.CO Teams will be interviewed by Girish touching upon their
salient characteristics on why they are at the top of the Program right now
and what should they aim for next.
For the other Teams, this is an opportunity to do a self assessment, identify
your pain points and issues.
Chalk a plan and improve upon them. This self assessment is a home work
for you wherein you will have to do this as an exercise and our internal faculty
(Sanjay, Vishnu and Gautham) to partake in that exercise.
Based on the self assessment, our internal faculty should be able to suggest
a way forward, team-wise!
