– サザエさん効果を狙う
– ⼤体⽉曜の夜に告知してアジェンダを記載しておくと出席
率アップ(アニメの次回予告)
– 次回以降のアジェンダも記載してプールしておく(後述)
– オンラインならいつ⼊ってもOKにしておく
– 録画しておく

2. 主催者が⾃信をもって紹介できる内容をひねり出す
– ⾃分が実践して話しやすい事例をLT感覚(15分程度)で話せるようにしておく。
ジャンルは問わない。興味がある⼈が来れば良い、というスタンス
• 提案時の戦略・なぜ受注したか等
• 制作あるある・便利集・最近実装した事例
• やってしまったぜ、失敗談の共有(明るく)
• なぜ数字が伸びたんだっけ?の振り返り事例
3. ネタの聞き込み
– 2の内容で話してもらえる内容がないか、社内の案件を探り、オファーをかける
• インタビュー形式で開催すれば資料準備も不要なので、気軽に受けてくれる
4. 主催者が疲れないようにしておく
– 本勉強会の共感者を作っておく(肯定ペンギン)
• 例:上⻑・スキルセットやポジションが似ている⼈(ライバル)
– 休む時は休む

1. なんとなくHubSpotに関連する相談場の醸成成功
– ⾃分だけじゃなく情報共有できるような雰囲気に
– 成功体験を共有してくれる
– 失敗体験も共有して昇華してもらえる
– Slackとオンタイム勉強会をうまく活⽤
• 解答は誰かがしてくれるため、属⼈化しなくなる
– 他の案件にも転換できそうな相談はSlackに投稿できる
• 案件別チャンネルだとナレッジが分断するため
2. HubSpotを採⽤した案件の売上が🆙中
– 結果論かもしれませんが、その後HubSpot活⽤できる⼈材に育っ
てくれれば良いと思っている
– インバウンドマーケティングを勉強してもらえば、例え転職して
HubSpotを活⽤しなくても、ビジネスとして活⽤してもらえる

All Rights Reserved. 8 2. 主催者が⾃信をもって紹介できる内容をひねり出す – ⾃分が実践して話しやすい事例をLT感覚(15分程度)で話せるようにしておく。 ジャンルは問わない。興味がある⼈が来れば良い、というスタンス • 提案時の戦略・なぜ受注したか等 • 制作あるある・便利集・最近実装した事例 • やってしまったぜ、失敗談の共有(明るく) • なぜ数字が伸びたんだっけ?の振り返り事例 3. ネタの聞き込み – 2の内容で話してもらえる内容がないか、社内の案件を探り、オファーをかける • インタビュー形式で開催すれば資料準備も不要なので、気軽に受けてくれる 4. 主催者が疲れないようにしておく – 本勉強会の共感者を作っておく(肯定ペンギン) • 例:上⻑・スキルセットやポジションが似ている⼈(ライバル) – 休む時は休む

All Rights Reserved. 9 1. なんとなくHubSpotに関連する相談場の醸成成功 – ⾃分だけじゃなく情報共有できるような雰囲気に – 成功体験を共有してくれる – 失敗体験も共有して昇華してもらえる – Slackとオンタイム勉強会をうまく活⽤ • 解答は誰かがしてくれるため、属⼈化しなくなる – 他の案件にも転換できそうな相談はSlackに投稿できる • 案件別チャンネルだとナレッジが分断するため 2. HubSpotを採⽤した案件の売上が🆙中 – 結果論かもしれませんが、その後HubSpot活⽤できる⼈材に育っ てくれれば良いと思っている – インバウンドマーケティングを勉強してもらえば、例え転職して HubSpotを活⽤しなくても、ビジネスとして活⽤してもらえる HubSpot勉強会Slackのコミュニケーション例
