- Write these on the WHITEBOARD Four steps to achieving AWESOME business requirements: Context (Where are we? And where are we going?) Requirements Facilitation (How do we get there?) Prioritisation (How do we get their effectively) Working Out Loud (How can we make sure this is right)
- Whatever steps we take they need to allow us to do ‘goal alignment’ every step of the way….
