With a B.A. in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Washington State University, USA, Sonny began his hotel career with Genting Highlands Resort in 1986 and for over 20 years, he served at Hyatt Regency Singapore, Crown Princess KL, Pearl International Hotel KL and Berjaya Redang Beach Resort.
