was born in Mymensingh but brought
up at Dhaka. Currently I live in Dhaka.
I completed my schooling from Monipur
High School and College & HSC from
Adamjee Cantonment College at 2018 &
2020 in Dhaka.Now I continue my
Bachelor of Business Administration
programme of Business Studies
department at University of Information
Technology and Sciences.

What is Leadership Style?
A leadership style refers to a leader's methods and
behaviors when directing, motivating, and managing
others.
At the core of leadership, we must provide purpose,
direction and motivation to our employees — but not
everyone is using the right leadership style to offer
these things.

Strict Leadership
Strict leadership is a management style that involves
setting clear expectations and enforcing them with
consequences when necessary. While this approach may
be harsh, it can be highly effective in achieving results.
Open Leadership
Open leadership is a mindset and
set of behaviors that anyone can adopt.
Open Leaders think and act in service to
another person, group, team, or attempting
to accomplish something together.
