most beneficial: regular, honors, or Advanced Placement. But be warned, Advanced Placement classes
do not benefit US students because they are too rushed and the students are not prepared to take them.
It is understood that many parents believe that AP classes can improve their GPA, prepare them for

Taking an AP class, even one, can change a student s GPA. The common misconception is that the
courses being taken can improve a one s GPA. It is indeed true that doing well in an AP course can
drastically improve a student s GPA. The amount of points awarded for having a high grade in the
class is much higher than the amount of points for taking the same class at a regular level. An A in a

The femoral neck or intracapsular fracture occurs when the neck of the femur breaks and sometimes
the ball may move out of it s place. This type of fracture happens more likely with athletes and
performers. Over years there have been several methods orthopedists have used to fix femoral neck
fractures. In 1931, Smith Petersen used internal fixation by reducing pain and pressure to the fractured
parts followed by immobilization in a spica cast application. Until 1970 another widely spread method
called the multiple pin fixation technique was introduced by another orthopedist. In this method the
fracture fragments would heal with the insertion of Pugh nails and Richards screws. Both of these

second type of hip fracture which is repaired more frequently is intertrochanteric hip fracture. The
intertrochanteric hip fracture occurs slightly below the neck of the femur and the lesser trochanter.
These fractures undergo a treatment that involves the insertion of AO proximal femoral or sliding
plates, intramedullary nails,cannulated or dynamic hip screws, and/or rods to balance and protect the
fractures. After the surgery, surgeries suggest that the patients stay in bed to make sure the fracture
