41% bullied thinks bullying would happen again
12-18 y.o. being bullied (15% online/text)
57% leap of suicide incidence in 2020
17% of callers are minors

RA 11036: The Phil MH Act: Employers must provide programs
and services for their employees’ MH
Global report: 10% of the employed population have taken
time off work for depression

Overwhelming sadness Hopelessness

Concentration loss Appetite /sleep change
Psychomotor agitation/retardation
Irritability/anger Withdrawal/isolation
Suicidal thoughts/ideation

36 workdays are lost per depression episode
Difficulty to concentrate and make decisions; loss of
productivity
Increased workplace accidents; higher turnover of staff
Decreased chances of affected employees to seek for
professional help

14. Self-Care Strategies:
PROFESSIONAL
- engage in regular supervision
- connect with colleagues to strengthen your syst
- seek counseling when necessary
- regularly evaluate new stressors, poor health an
exhaustion and find ways to address them

15. Self-Care Strategies:
PHYSICAL
- develop a regular sleep routine
- aim for a healthy diet
- go for a walk
- exercise regularly (BE, PMR, EFT)

- keep a journal. Write 3 good things you did each d

- make time for family

- develop supportive friendships.
