1. DECLARATION OF TRUST
“SRI SITARAMANJANEYA SWAMY DEVALAYAM TRUST”
The declaration of this Public Charitable Trust made on this 28rd
March, 2024 at
Bhagavanulapuran Village, Tunikipadu post,Gampalagudem Mandalam, NTR District,
Andhra Pradesh by,
Sri KALASANI KRISHNA, S/o.Sri Kalasani Pakiraiah, aged about 50 years, resident of
D.No.4-12, Bhagavanulapuran Village, Tunikipadu post,Gampalagudem Mandalam, NTR
District, Andhra Pradesh-521403, hereinafter called the "AUTHOR of the Trust".
WHEREAS the Author of the Trust, with an intention to create a Public Charitable Trust
for all such causes and virtues in which he has faith and duly enumerated under the head
"AIMS AND OBJECTIVES" of this Trust Deed
WHEREAS the Managing Trustee having set apart an amount of Rs.10116/- (Rupees
Ten thousand one hundred sixteen only) from his own funds towards the corpus of the
Trust; AND
WHEREAS the author of the Trust having obtained the consent of and appointed the
following as the TRUSTEES for life of the Trust, and such trustees being :
1. Sri KALASANI KRISHNA, S/o.Sri Kalasani Pakiraiah, aged about 50 years,
resident of D.No.4-12, Bhagavanulapuran Village, Tunikipadu
post,Gampalagudem Mandalam, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh-521403, who
shall be the Managing Trustee for life of the Trust Board.
2. Sri CHIRRA GANGARAJU, S/o.Sri Chirra Kotaiah, aged about 49 years,
resident of D.No.4-12, Bhagavanulapuran Village, Tunikipadu
post,Gampalagudem Mandalam, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh-521403, who
shall be the Managing Trustee for life of the Trust Board.
3. Sri CHIRRA KONDALA RAO, S/o.Sri Chirra Ammaiah, aged about 54 years,
resident of D.No.C-72, Bhagavanulapuran Village, Tunikipadu
post,Gampalagudem Mandalam, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh-521403, who
shall be the Managing Trustee for life of the Trust Board.
4. Sri BOGINABOINA KRISHNAIAH, S/o.Sri Boginaboina Venkatanarasaiah,
aged about 49 years, resident of D.No.C-72, Bhagavanulapuran Village,
Tunikipadu post,Gampalagudem Mandalam, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh-
521403, who shall be the Managing Trustee for life of the Trust Board.
5. Sri CHIRRA SAIDUBABU, S/o.Sri Chirra Govind, aged about 38 years,
resident of D.No.C-72, Bhagavanulapuran Village, Tunikipadu
post,Gampalagudem Mandalam, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh-521403, who
shall be the Trustee for life of the Trust Board.
6. Sri PADILAM KRISHNAIAH, S/o.Sri Padilam Valaraju, aged about 33 years,
resident of D.No.4-19, Bhagavanulapuran Village, Tunikipadu

shall be the Trustee for life of the Trust Board.
7. Sri CHIRRA BALARAJU, S/o.Sri Chirra Papaiah, aged about 33 years, resident
of D.No.4-19, Bhagavanulapuran Village, Tunikipadu post,Gampalagudem
Mandalam, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh-521403, who shall be the Trustee for
life of the Trust Board.
NOW THIS DECLARATION OF TRUST WITNESSETH AS UNDER :
1. NAME: The name of this Public Charitable Trust shall be
“SRI SITARAMANJANEYA SWAMY VARI DEVALAYAM
BHAGAVANULAPURAM TRUST”;
2. ADDRESS: The Registered Office of the trust shall be at D.No.8-5,
Bhagavanulapuran Village, Tunikipadu post,Gampalagudem Mandalam, NTR
District, Andhra Pradesh-521403, the Trustees may change such office or establish
such further offices of the trust at such other place or places thought necessary for the
effective functioning of the trust.
3. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES : All the activities, aims and objectives of the Trust are
worked out in total agreement of the following considerations, and the basis of the
formation of the Trust is aimed at :-
"VOLUNTARY AND NON-PROFITABLE ACTIVITIES/FUNCTIONS/PROGR-
AMMES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES BY WAY OF ESTABLISHING
INSTITUTIONS, PROPAGATING, EXTENDING AND TAKING UP EDUCAT-
IONAL, CULTURAL AND LITERARY ACTIVITIES, MEDICAL & HEALTH
CARE, , PROMOTION OF POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROGRAMMES BY
ENCOURAGING TRADES AND CRAFTS, PROGRAMMES OF SOCIAL
AWARENESS & RESPONSIBILITIES, REHABILITATION AND
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAMMES TO THE NEEDY, BACKWARD, DOWN-
TRODDEN AND THE POOREST OF THE POOR PEOPLE, IRRESPECTIVE OF
SEX, RACE, CASTE, CREED OR ANY OF THEM".
and the Objectives, aims and goals of the Trust shall be carried out with the following
brief set of activities :
a) To construct, maintain, organize Dhyanamandirs, Prayer halls, temples of worship
for offering pujas, prayers, Sadhanas, Satsangs, Meditation, Yogasanas and other
incidental activities thereon ;
b) To encourage, protect, propagate and uphold (a) the human values based an
ancient Indian culture and heritage; (b) the essence of human life based on Vedas,
Upanisheds, Hindu idealism; (c) Indian Philosophical traditions dating back to

3. ancient times; (d) conducting, organizing and encouraging yagas, yagnas for the
peace,prosperity and well being of mankind in general ;
c) To establish Vedic Schools to impart Vedic and Smartha Education and to
establish, run, develop, improve, extend, grant donations either in cash or in kind
and to aid and assist in the establishment, maintenance, running, developing,
improving and extension of Vedic Sroutha & Smartha Educational Institutions,
research centres.
d) To establish Gosala to propaganda the spiritual and religious importance of
worship “Cows” (Gowulu) amongst Hindu Religions.
e) To provide Annadanam to the poor and needy.
f) To take up welfare and social programmes to alleviate the plight of poor Hindus
by providing education, medical aid, financial aid, food grains etc., to take up
cultural and literary activities of Hindu Religion and other acts of charitable
nature.
g) To contribute for developing or renovating the Hindu Religious Temples.
h) To grant donations or scholarships to poor, needy and deserving students.
i) To publish by itself or to aid and assist publication of literature of moral, cultural
values for the enlightenment of the people in general.
j) To carry on any activities for other charitable purposes of general public utility.
4. TRUSTEES : The Trust shall be administered by a Board of Trustees.
5. OFFICERS OF THE TRUST BOARD : All the activities of the Trust shall be
administered by the Managing Trustees of the Trust.
6. COMPOSITION AND DURATION OF OFFICE OF TRUSTEES :
The Office of the trusteeship shall be detailed as hereunder :-
I. The following Four individuals shall hold the office of Trusteeship for their
life time with the offices specified against their names.
1. Sri Kalasani Krishna - Managing Trustee
2. Sri Chirra Gangaraju - Managing Trustee
3. Sri Chirra Kondalarao - Managing Trustee
4. Sri Boginaboina Krishnaiah - Managing Trustee
5. Sri Chirra Saidubabu - Trustee
6. Sri Padilam Krishnaiah - Trustee
7. Sri Chirra Balaraju - Trustee

The trustees for life may nominate any person to succeed them as a Trustee for
life. In case of a vacancy arising for any reason in the office of the Managing

4. Trustees for life and no nomination is made lineally descended persons will
become automatically as Managing Trustee.
II. CO-OPTION :
The Trust Board, if considered necessary, shall have the power and authority to
co-opt persons not exceeding 5 (Five) from different walks of life, viz.,
Philanthropists, men of repute and letters, representatives and officials from
various Government agencies, undertakings and departments, and other resource
persons to the Trust Board and these persons shall hold the Trust Board
membership (Office) for a period of three years from the date of their
appointment. Such trustees who cease to be so at the close of the term are eligible
to be reappointed.
III. The rest of the Trustees other than trustees for life (including the co opted trustees)
shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of their appointment.
Such Trustees who cease to be so at the close of the term and/are eligible for
reappointment .
7. VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF TRUSTEES OTHER THAN THOSE FOR
LIFE:
In the case of a vacancy arising due to any reason, in the office of the trustees, other
than those holding office for life, such vacancy shall be filled up by the trustees for
life.
8. REMOVAL FROM THE OFFICE OF TRUSTEESHIP :
(a) Any of the members of the Trust Board may be removed or expelled from the
office if the commissions or omissions on the part of such member are, in the
opinion of the majority of the members of the Board of Trustees, found to be
detrimental or are likely to be detrimental to the interests of the Trust.
(b) Any member of the Trust Board shall cease to be a trustee in case he
1. is declared to be an insolvent, or
2. is found to be of unsound mind, or
3. is absent at three consecutive meetings of the Board of
trustees without prior leave of absence of the Trust
Board.
9. POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE TRUST BOARD :
The Trust Board shall :

5. a) exercise General control over the policies of the Trust, establish and maintain
good traditions to attain the aims and ideals for which the managing committee is
formed ;
b) have the power to lease, sell, transfer or purchase any properties for the Trust and
on behalf of the Trust under its management ;
c) call on reports from the administrators/managers/principals and other officers and
incharges of the institutions under its management from time to time and review
the same ;
d) maintain, construct or alter any structures of the buildings and provide amenities
to the staff, beneficiaries, patients, and students;
e) have power to appoint persons to posts to control them and to deal with them,
through the Managing Trustee ;
f) make arrangements for the audit of the accounts of the Trust under its
management by the auditors who shall be appointed by the Trust Board ;
g) make rules and regulations or bye-laws for the administration of the Trust.
h) to act as the custodian of all the properties of the Trust ;
i) have power to borrow or otherwise raise funds on behalf of the Trust under its
management and to spend the same for the fulfilment of the aims, goals and
objective of the Trust.
10. MANAGING TRUSTEES :
The Managing Trustees shall have all such authority to govern the affairs of the Trust
in accordance with the provisions of this declaration. They may delegate such powers
or responsibilities to any one or more of the members of the Trust Board and such
members shall function under the guidance and directions of the Managing Trustees
in all matters relating to the affairs of the trust.
Powers and Duties of the Managing Trustees :
a) The Managing Trustees shall have the right to call for an emergency meeting of
the Trust Board for transacting matters of urgent business;
b) They shall be liable to sue and be sued only in the name of the Trust and they shall
not be held responsible for any act or acts/decisions done/taken by them on behalf
of the Trust (in her personal capacity) and they shall not be sued in their personal
capacity ;
c) They shall be the in-charge of all the records of the Trust Board of the Trust and
shall be responsible for their proper and safe custody ;
d) shall maintain or cause to be maintained the minutes of the meeting of Trust
Board of the Trust. They shall maintain the permanent record of the Trust Board ;
e) They shall convene the meeting of the Trust Board as required in consultation
with the Trustees.
f) They shall prepare the agenda for the meetings of the Trust Board.

6. g) They shall look after the day-to-day administration of the institutions managed by
the Trust and they are authorised to call for and obtain from the Director,
Principal, Head(s) of the institution(s) managed by the Trust all the information
required from time to time
h) Carry out all the proceedings of the Government connected therewith and comply
accordingly.
11. MEETINGS :
(a) The Board of Trustees shall meet at least once in every three months to consider
the activities of the Trust and to consider all such matters thought necessary.
(b) Chairmen of the Meeting : One of the Managing Trustees of the Trust shall be
the Chairmen of every meeting.
(c) At every such meeting the Board shall review and consider the financial position
of the Trust with reference to the Receipts & Payments Account, Income &
Expenditure Account and the Statement of Affairs regularly.
12. NOTICE OF MEETING :
Notice shall be sent for convening the meeting atleast seven days prior to the date of
the meeting. However, by a majority approval of the members of the Board present at
any meeting, any shorter notice for such meeting may be ratified.
13. MINUTES :
The proceedings of every meeting of the Board shall be recorded in a minutes book
maintained for the purpose. All such minutes shall be read out for consideration of
the following board meeting, for approval if found fit.
14. ACCOUNTING YEAR :
The Accounting Year of the Trust shall be the year commencing from the First day of
April of every year and closing on the Thirty first Day of March in the succeeding
year.
15. AUDIT :
The Accounts of the Trust shall be duly audited by a Chartered Accountant appointed
by the Board of Trustees.
16. QUORUM :
The quorum for any meeting of the Board of Trustees is Four. If the quorum is not
present at any meeting such meeting shall stand adjourned to the third day after the
date of such meeting. If quorum is not present even at such adjourned meeting, the

7. number of members of board present at such adjourned meeting shall be the quorum
for such meeting. The Chairperson of the Trust shall inform all the trustees about the
adjournment, either by a notice in writing or by other means, as accepted by the
trustees from time to time.
17. VOTING :
Every member of the Trust Board shall have one vote on all such matters requiring
voting and, in case of a tie, the Chairperson of the meeting has a casting vote.
18. BANK ACCOUNT :
The Managing Trustee and the Treasurer shall jointly operate Bank Accounts on
behalf of the Trust. In their absence, any of the Trustees may be authorized by the Board
of Trustees, by a resolution, to operate the bank accounts. One or more Bank Accounts
may be opened in any Bank and or Banks in the name of the Trust.
19. ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS :
The Board may accept donations/voluntary contributions from any person(s) to
augment the resources and means of the Trust in order to achieve the objects of the
Trust.
20. BORROWING POWERS:
The Trust Board of the trust is hereby empowered to borrow funds for the attainment
of aims and objects of the trust and/or for the purchase/development/construction of
properties, buildings etc., in the name of the trust and it is hereby authorised to borrow
funds for the smooth and efficient conduct and running of the trust from public,
banks, financial institutions, corporations, companies, Government Departments,
other undertakings and private concerns at the prevailing market rates by pledging,
hypothecating and/or mortgaging the assets of the Trust to execute necessary
promissory notes and other documents and to do all other necessary acts and things in
connection with the raising of such loans and borrowings that are necessary,
expedient and incidental for carrying on the objects of the Trust ;
21. FUNDS/INVESTMENTS :
The funds of the trust (both investible and surplus funds) shall be invested in
such forms as approved Under Section 13 (1)(d) read with Section 11(5) of the
Income Tax Act, 1961 as amended from time to time.
22. The funds of the Trust shall be spent exclusively for attaining the objects of the Trust
and that no portion thereof shall be spent otherwise for the benefit of any member of
the board of Trustees.
23. Trustees shall, at all times, be eligible to be indemnified for all such expenses and
costs incurred while discharging their functions as trustees.
24. DISSOLUTION :

8. In the case of the dissolution of the Trust on any grounds, no portion of the income or
the assets of movable or immovable nature thereof shall be paid transferred or
directed directly or indirectly to any of its members through any means before or after
remind then the dissolution ;
All the properties and the funds standing in the name of the Trust available on the date
of the dissolution will be adjusted to some other Trust/Society having similar objects
viz., any other Trust/Society duly registered Under Section 12A of the Income Tax
Act and also having exemption U/s.80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
25.AMENDMENTS :
No amendments or alterations shall be made in the purpose of the Trust unless it is
voted by 4/7th (Four Seven)of the members present convened for this purpose and
confirmed by the 4/7 (Four Seven)of the members present in a second special
general meeting at an interval of one month from the former meeting and all the
alterations, amendments, deletions or additions to the Memorandum of Association
or Articles of Association shall be made only with the Prior approval of the
Commissioner of Income Tax having jurisdiction over the case/Trust.
26. It is hereby declared that the activities of the declaration of the Trust are to be carried
out without any profit motive not withstanding any incidental accretion of profit as
a result of such activities.
27. It is hereby declared that this declaration of Trust is irrevocable eventhough no
immovable property is vested with the Trust Board.
28. It is further declared that the activities of the Trust shall be carried out within
INDIA only.
29. It is further declared that the office bearers of the trust are not paid from the
funds of the Trust and all the funds/income of the Trust shall be solely utilised
towards the objects of the Trust.
30. It is further declared that the Trust shall not engage in agitational and trade union
activities to ventilate its grievances.
31. It is also declared that the Trust formed voluntarily for charitable purpose.
32. The Trust shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 6th
day of
February, 2017.
