these technical aspects and delves into the shared self conscious plot structures, as well as the
distinct lack of strong causality in these films. He suggests that art cinema merely sets a different

colonists in the 17th century supposedly took religion a lot more seriously than the people of
America today do. William Berkeley, the governor of Virginia, declared his colony to officially
be Anglican in 1642. William Berkeley even went on to require colonists with different religious

These people became known as voluntary indentured servants. However, not all servants were
voluntary. Once they arrived in America, they became their master s property and had to do
what the master said. If they did not do what they were told, they were punished. If they tried to
run away, they were punished. They were not allowed to do anything outside of their
instructions without their master s permission. These servants were kept in poor conditions. In
my opinion, they were not feed, clothed, or sheltered properly. Because of this lack of care,

It was January 7th, 2017, the weather alert had been right, there was a pretty darn big snowstorm
outside, but inside, of the Boston Latin School auditorium, the 10th Annual MMEA Eastern Senior
District Festival were filled with excited spirits that were much bigger. There was a smattering of
students from each school in the Eastern District, and many BLS students were part of them. A
feeling of awe and admiration floated through me as I saw them enter the stage. In 4 years, I would
be just like them, I hoped.
There were 4 fantastic music ensembles that would perform: Concert Band, Orchestra, Jazz Band,
and Chorus. Each group had a particular conductor, but all performed with much skill, gusto, and
professionalism.
The first to perform was the Concert Band, conducted by Dr. Emily Threinen (Director of Bands
at the Univeristy of Minnesota School of Music), with pieces such Nitro by Frank Ticheli and

patients entire brain. Then an image was aligned with the anterior commissure and posterior

Ssg Frazier Legacy
In this paper, I will be explaining what a legacy leader is and the impact one specific leader had
on my career and the Army. In December of 2011 I reported to Joint Base Lewis McCord and
was assigned to 1/17 IN BN part of 2nd Striker BDE Combat Team. I had arrived at a unit that
was preparing for a hard deployment to Afghanistan after a vigorous training cycle. I had walked
in to my office to meet the team I would be leading into a combat zone that had zero experience,
except for SSG Frazier that had a been there done that attitude. SSG Frazier was not as focused as
a leader should be when prepping for a deployment with new Soldiers. The area that our unit
would move to was the area that the Taliban was founded by Mullah Omar in Zhari District
Southern Afghanistan (RC South). I had to quickly adjust to a high operation temp of a unit getting
