The newest edition of the American Psychiatric Association s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of
Mental Disorders again included Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) in the list of
Depressive Disorders (2013). In this paper, I argue from a feminist perspective that the presence of
PMDD in the DSM combines the stigma attached to both menstruation and mental illness, in order
to shame any womanwho is not fulfilling the expected role of passive and accepting mother or
wife. Additionally, the DSM s false assertion that PMDD is not culturally tied forces the North
American expectations of womanhood onto people in different parts of the world.

The ideas which reflect in my mind that in alcohol awareness training can give a good knowledge
to explore about the alcohol laws in New Zealand. And this training would convey the knowledge
about consuming alcohol, and effect of alcohol in the body and society.
The objectives of the training are awareness about the limit of Alcohol consumption by law of New
Zealand and to understanding the effect of too much Alcohol in blood stream.
To inspire the students in their studying process, I have prepared some PowerPoint presentation
with picture, you tube videos and multiple assessment question and organized myself with some

It is true that no one is perfect. One can then assume that people should strive to be perfect either.
Perfection is boring anyways. 6.15 percent of the U.S. has depression, and 18 percent have anxiety.

There are many different creatures in the ocean. They are categorized into 3 different groups that
are Zooplankton, Nekton, and Benthos. In the ocean the zooplankton eat phytoplanktons.
Zooplankton are eaten by all of the larger animals. Phytoplankton self reproduce so they don t
need to eat other things. They create their own food. The Nekton eat the zooplankton because it
is a smaller species than the rest. Some of the most dangerous animals to both humans and other
sea animals are Leopard Seals. Leopard Seals are the second largest species in the Antarctic. The

Family And My Family
I feel like family is one of the most predominant reasons for my character and choices. I have a
large family with four step siblings which are 23, 14, 9 (males), and 6 (female); I also have one
adopted brother who is 23, two full brothers who are 17 and 16, and a half sister who is 2 and a
half brother who is 1, therefore, at almost 20 I fall in the middle. However, I did not grow up with
all of these siblings; I grew up as the oldest child and only girl. My mother has been married three
times and my father has been married twice, so, in the midst of all of the marriages is where my
familygrew.
I had what some people would consider a rough childhood. My parents got divorced when I was
three, and my mom, my two younger brothers, and I all moved an hour and a half away and at
that time I didn t see my biological father very often. My mother got remarried a couple years
later to my step father. He became an alcoholic and the disease progressed over the years creating

molecular weight (MW) of an unknown protein sample by comparing it to Log10 of the migration
of molecular weight of the standards.

The purpose of SDS PAGEis to separate proteins according to their size, and no other physical
feature. SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) is a detergent (soap) that can dissolve hydrophobic
molecules but also has a negative charge (sulfate) attached to it. Therefore, if a cell is incubated
