Analysis Of The Pittsburgh Pirates
The Pittsburgh Pirates, a MLB baseball team playing in PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,
offers fans a baseball game product that includes the team, individual players, in game
entertainment, stadium experience, concessions, merchandise, and customer service. With the 20
losing seasons behind them, the Pirates have built their marketing on the strength and talent of the
team, rather than in game quality entertainment and the highly rated best ballpark in America.
Despite raising ticket prices in 2014 and again in 2015, the Pirates still offer one of the most
affordable ticket prices in MLB. Through a 20 game losing season and a declining attendance, the
Pirates kept their ticket prices steady. Only until the first winning season in 20 years and the first
playoff appearance since 1992, have the Pirates decided to increase ticket pricing. In 2014, the
Pirates started to adopt new tiered pricing similar to what other MLB teams have introduced....

ticket value program, shifting advertising focus towards in game entertainment, PNC Park, and the
talent on the field, and lastly moving sales promotions from weekend to weekday

Football As Sport Of Masses
Football is the most popular sports in the world. The game was born in England with the
formation of the Football Association, and the same rules still apply since 1863. The word
soccer was derived from Association . the first game ever played under the Association rules was
between Richmond and Barnes and the final score was 0 0. FIFA is the association that states
the rules. FIFA stands for FГ©dГ©ration Internationale de Football Association). Rules Football
as sport of masses According to a study conducted by FIFA in 2006, 2 270 million people
worldwide are actively involved in football, including players, referees and directors. Of these,
265 million people play the sport. This represents about 4% of world population. This numbers
make Football one of the most popular sports in the world. Why did I choose this topic. Football
is made of passion and it gathers masses of people. The introduction of technologies in sports
will help to reduce the human error and eradicate those errors. Goal line technology determines
when the ball has crossed the line. Cases In 1966 England played East Germany in the final of
the world cup. The Game was tied in Wembley 2 2 and with eleven minutes of extra time Geoff
Hurst swivelled and shot from close range. The ball hit the underside of the cross bar and
bounced down, apparently on or just over the line and was cleared. After the ball hit the underside
of the crossbar and bounced down over the line those referees had no

Essay on The Oxbow
The Oxbow, Thomas Cole
ART 101
Thomas Cole uses an implied line to separate the dark, untouched forest and dark sky with the
tranquil, cultivated farmland below. Cole uses an actual line to outline the banks of the
Connecticut River bending through the pastoral land. Actual lines are also used to define the
edge of the horizon in the distance. He also used actual lines to portray the rows of manicured
farmland. The first geometric shape I could make out is the triangle of the tiny easel in the
middle ground. Other geometric shapes include the outlines of the pastures and fields. You see
very angular boundaries and rows of plowed fields. There are plenty of organic shapes as well.
Most notably of course is the shape of the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The actual light doesn t appear to have an effect on this paining. However, implied light does.
Cole uses chiaroscuro to create the illusion of the ominous nature of the forest and the dark
clouds, the impression of heavy rain clouds. Cole uses a strong value contrast between the natural
forest and the serine river valley. Light as a medium seems to me defined as actual light, which I
do not believe is used in two dimensional works.
I believe color, and in part lack of, is very important to this masterpiece. Cole colors the river valley
light green and light brown to show vibrancy and cultivation of the cleared fields. He colors the
forest dark green and eliminates colors in the shattered tree trunks and rugged cliffs to show the
natural wonder of the untouched forest. These differences in color show how man is destroying the
natural wilderness in favor of agricultural advancement.
I believe Cole purposely avoided the appearance of unity in this painting. The separation between
the two landscapes was not a peaceful transition. He wanted to show the diversity between the
natural land from the cultivated land.
I believe this painting is intentionally asymmetrical. Again, Cole wanted to show the non peaceful
transition between the two landscapes.

Software Testing Is A Technical Task
Art of Software Testing
Prof.Sheetal N.Khanore

Abstract
Software testing is a technical task, but it also involves some important considerations of
economics and human psychology. In technical aspects it is the process of analyzing a software
item to detect the differences between existing and required conditions (that is defects/errors/bugs)
and to evaluate the features of the software item . A software error occurs when the program does
not do, what its end user reasonably expects it to do.
Software testing is more difficult because of the vast array of programming languages, operating
systems, and hardware platforms that have evolved but at the same time ... Show more content on

Introduction
Software engineering provides the framework for building the high quality software. It integrates
the various strategies, methods and tools for the software development. The revolution of software
engineering offers the different types of software development models. It majorly ratifies the
performance of the software through the testing and maintenance phase of the software.
The testing move toward the static testing (human testing) and dynamic testing (Computer aided
testing).
There are some basic strategies that qualify the software to make sure it s good performance. These
strategies listed below
Structure testing
пѓЁWhite box testing( developer testing)
пѓЁfocuses on the inner structure of the test object
Function testing
пѓЁBlack box testing ( user testing)
пѓЁBehavior given by the specification The validation improves the performance of testing by
increasing the confidence in the quality issues of the software.
System Testing
System testing is not a process of testing the functions of the complete system or program, because
this would be redundant with the process of function testing. This testing has a particular purpose as

Essay on The Comparison of Sigmund Freud and B.F. Skinner
The Comparison of Sigmund Freud and B.F. Skinner One name that jumps out at the mention of
psychology, or the study there of, is the name of Sigmund Freud. Sigmund Freud is also known as
the Father of Psychoanalysis. Freud was also known for having the tendency to trace nearly all
psychological problems back to sexual issues. Although only parts of his theory of psychosexual
development are still accepted by mainstream psychologists, Freud s theory of the Oedipal
Complex has become a cultural icon (Freud, Sigmund, 2012). Freud is known for developing the
use of psychoanalysis. Psychoanalysis is based on the observation that people are often unaware of
many of the things that determine their emotions and behavior. Psychoanalytic... Show more content

conditioning. B.F. Skinner is also known for major contributions to the field of psychology (About
B.F. Skinner, Sept, 2012). Skinner was a prolific author, publishing nearly 200 articles and more
than 20 books. Skinner was most known for his work in behavior psychology. Behavioral
psychology is the psychological practice that focuses on learning new behaviors and how to modify
our existing behavior and how that takes place (About B.F. Skinner, Sept, 2012). One of his major
contributions was his theory of operant conditioning. Operant conditioning means roughly, the
changing of behavior by the use of reinforcement, either positive or negative, and which these
reinforcements are given after the desired response (About B.F. Skinner, Sept, 2012). Skinner
identified three types of responses or operant that can follow behavior. While behaviorism is no
longer a dominant school of thought, the work in operant conditioning remains today. Many
different types of professionals utilize operant conditioning in society today. Mental health
professionals often utilize operant

Introduction
The agriculture industry in Nigeria has opportunities that are not maximized due to challenges it is
facing.
Background
Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa with a population of 177,155,754 and was governed
by the British government till October 1st, 1960 when Nigeria gained independence. The Capital of
Nigeria is Abuja located in the centre of the country. Nigeria is located in West Africa between

Food security is still a major issue in Nigeria as a large percentage of the societies are agrarian
societies. The government has to concentrate more on the development of modern technology and
increase financial investment in the agricultural sector. Nigerian agricultural productivity is still
low when compared to major producers in the world (FAO, 2013). It has both human and natural
resources that can make it to be among the best economies in the world. Nigeria has been working
on reform agenda for the past few years.
Furthermore, economic growth is targeted towards domestic market. This is driven by strong
performance of agriculture, trade, telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. However, this
strong economic growth has not led to higher employment rates. Unemployment is still a major
issue in Nigeria. The government addresses the public s dissatisfaction in its governance with
promises to make job creation a priority. Nigerian government is targeting information
communication technology (ICT), entertainment, meat, leather, and construction and tourism
industries for job creation. Nigeria is made up of about 200 ethnic groups. There are more than 400
languages in Nigeria. The main ethnic groups are Hausa Fulani in the North, Ibo in the Southeast
and Yoruba in the Southwest. Nigeria plays a key role in the African Union, the New Partnership
for Africa s Development (NEPAD), and the Economic Community of West Africa States

Intermittent Numbness Case Summary
Chief Complaint Intermittent numbness, left lower extremity. History The patient is an 80 year old
right handed white female, who presents with her male partner for evaluation of left lower
extremity symptoms. She did present for an EMG nerve conduction study in May. At that time, she
gave a history of intermittent numbness into the anterior lateral thigh. The numbness rarely
extended below the knee at that time, and it rarely occurred on the right. There was no clear
radicular component. Her exam was normal. Her EMG of the left lower extremity was limited
because she is on Pradaxa, but it was normal and CBs were consistent with a mild motor neuropathy.
The diagnosis was possible meralgia paresthetica. The patient now states that the numbness is
intermittent. It is on the anterior thigh, but now it goes down into the calf anteriorly and... Show

Plra Court System
At one point the United States Court System paid no attention to inmate complaints and concerns.
However, that changed when the Supreme Court took an interest in prisoner litigations. Lawmakers
finally began to see inmates as American citizens who still were afforded certain liberties according
to the United States Constitution. Once perspectives began to change about the prisoners and their
rights, petitions addressing the violations of inmate s civil liberties started to flood into the courts.
The American court system is aware that prisoners do have some rights, but they would naturally
be fewer than free citizens (Carlson Garrett, 2008). The limitation of rights is mandatory to sustain
security in prisons or jails. The federal government stepped in and... Show more content on

The first is that the inmate must exhaust all supervisory fulfilments in their local facility before
the case is filed in federal court. Next, the petitioner is required to pay applicable fees for filing
as well as the court cost, through their assets or a correctional trust fund. Thirdly an inmate is
forbidden from filing in forma pauperis as mentioned in the second requirement if they had a
previous suit dissolved for being frivolous or vengeful (Carlson Garrett, 2008). The intention of
the legislation was an attempt to correct a problem that was endangering the legitimacy of the
process. However, the PLRA and it states catalogs have considerably decreased judicial
oversight of prisons, jails, and juvenile facilities, which has now resulted in the terrible abuses
going unmonitored. The PLRA is responsible for a sixty percent decline in the number of federal
cases filed between 1995 and 2006. The legislation was not supposed to prevent the raising of
legitimate complaints. If the bill were doing what its creators intended, there would be a decline in
filings and an increase in plaintiffs success. The PLRA has dismissed fewer cases than it has settled

Informative speech evaluation
My introduction was quite low. Like they always say the beginning of everything is always the
hardest. Later on when I continued with my speech I started to gain my audience s attention since
I became more confidence in my self than when I first started my presentation. I had my note card
with me that really helped me a lot with all my points, hence I could have forgotten everything
that I had prepared on the table for the day. It helped me in reviewing all my points one by one. I
used the power point method as part of the requirement for the presentation. Which also helped in
supporting my speech, since it gave a better understanding on what I was talking about.

Solomon s Strengths And Weaknesses
Solomon s strengths and weaknesses as a king are listed below: One of King Solomon strengths
were being responsible for building the first temple located in Jerusalem. It took six years or
more to complete this mission, however; he was committed to God and illustrated a level of
wisdom that God bestowed upon him due to his obedience. My beliefs of this type of
commitment are that God granted him specific skills to allow him to be knowledgeable to build
and oversee this mission. King Solomon desired for the people of the Israel descendants to pray
or repent for God to accept their apology for their shortcoming or sins and those they would try
to serve him in a more honest manner. Their belief of these modifications within their lifestyle
would have permitted them to hear from God, and only he could forgive their sins. For example,
he could wipe the slate clean removing the people of Israel s sins away. His purpose was to strive
to help the upcoming creation of the people within this region so that they could have a more
abundance lifestyle. In analyzing this concept, God was displaying the quality of life and his
ability to have the power to bless people with a productive lifestyle as long as they followed his
instruction and was obedient. Although Solomon loved God, he did not follow the Ten
Commandments because he lusted after a woman. Therefore, his commitments unto God were not
without flaws but a bit tarnished due to his vulnerability. He would lust after a married

Germany to what is happening in the United States, but he always points out something that makes
the Germans actions seem harsher. Many of the students in Germany were becoming more

Malcolm Gladwell The Art Of Failure Analysis
Informal Essay to Malcolm Gladwell s Article The Art of Failure.
9/5/2014 0 Comments What I think about The Art of Failure article by Malcolm Gladwell and
his concept of choking and panicking are totally true. He describes the words choking as a word
where your in a situation of trouble and do something to get out and panicking where your in a
situation of trouble and not do anything at all and panic. I have been in several spots where I
have had to use these two words. I would say though that I am more of a choker and get over my
troubles instead of a panickier accept for one time.

not been an official case where a patient has directly died from Parkinson, but there have been
cases of evidence that in some type of Parkinson diseases were created by a mutated gene that

at low temperatures and pressures and in relatively short time period. But only small components
can be fused in this system (Fairhurst 2008; Cooklin 2006).
8.1.4.3 Steam Press
Regular steam pressing machines are not chosen for fusing even though some fusibles are produced
for use on these machines. The main limitations of pressing machines concerning fusing are:
Inability to reach the heat levels required by majority of resins
Shape and size of bucks limit size of components that can be fused
Most utility machines are not fitted with programme controls, which means entire process is
operator controlled
If the resin is activated ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

8.2.6 Types of pressing equipment
Solid surface pressing equipment uses a firm surface to apply pressure while steam and heat mould
the fabric, garment or garment parts. Pressure may be applied through rolling action, gliding action
or compression (Holme 1999).
8.2.6.1 Hand Irons
For more than hundreds of years hand irons were heated on coal stoves. These methods were
steadily replaced by gas heating. Steam was created by lightly wetting the area to be pressed or by
pressing through a dampened piece of linen. The most frequent but least productive ironing and
pressing equipment is the hand iron, which is suitable for performing a large number of operations
in processing with heat and moisture (Holme 1999).
More sophisticated and more productive but less prevalent are ironing presses, which allows a
considerable degree of mechanization and automation of processing with heat and moisture. Fabrics
are steamed to eliminate lustrous appearance which develops when ironing and pressing equipment
is used. The two basic types of irons used today

Election of 1876
The contested election of 1876 has been pronounced by Historians, as one of the most hostile,
controversial, and most disputed presidential elections in American history. Representing the
Republicans was Samuel J. Tilden of New York and Rutherford B. Hayes of Ohio representing the
Democrats. With Hayes being outpolled in the popular vote, Tilden wins. With the recounting and
passing of the Electoral Commission, Hayes wins the election of 1876 and becomes president of
the United States.

The Causes And Treatment Of Sepsis
The term sepsis has been around since prehistoric times. Hippocrates presented the word sepsis
2400 years ago to represent a condition where an overwhelming infection leads to tissue breakdown
with rotting, foul odour, and disease. The ancient Roman scholar and writer (116 BC 27 BC),
Marcus Terentius Varro mentioned that small creatures, invisible to the eye, fill the atmosphere,
and breathed through the nose cause dangerous diseases.
In the early 1990s at a conference convened by the American College of Chest Physicians and the
Society of Critical Care Medicine modern definitions of sepsis were termed in detail. At that time,
sepsis was described as a systemic response to a physiologic insult including infections and other
etiologies that lead to the development of further organ injury, ultimately culminating in multiple
organ dysfunction syndromes.
The word bacteraemia is used when bacteria are isolated from the blood whether clinical
symptoms are present or not while the words sepsis or septicaemia is used for the isolation of
bacteria in blood in combination with clinical symptoms and signs of infections.
Neonatal sepsis, also named Sepsis neonatorum , represents to a group of physical and laboratory
findings that occur in response to invasive infection within the first 30 days (neonatal) of life.
Criteria for neonatal sepsis should include documentation of infection in a newborn infant (0
28days) with a serious systemic illness in which noninfectious

Theories Of Domestic Violence
A therapist can help victims cope with their situation and work through the challenging emotions
they may have The number one reason domestic violence victims stay or return to an abusive
relationship is that they do not have access to financial resources to break free. Domestic violence
results in high turnover and absence at work, extended sick leaves, and losses of productivity
(Jones 12). Financial abuse is a method of controlling the victim. The abusers use isolating tactics,
such as preventing them from working, accessing bank accounts, credit cards, and forms of
transportation so that the victim is totally dependent on the abuser compromising their financial

The Quebec Referendum first occurred during the Quebec Sovereignty. The Quebec Sovereignty is
the movement of Quebec declaring independence from Canada. Throughout Canadian history, the
province of Quebec has always wanted to become independent from Canada. Most citizens of
Quebec feel suppressed from Canada as French is not commonly spoken outside by Canadians
outside of Quebec. From the fall of 1967, when, as federal minister of justice, he had clearly
articulated his position on these questions, to the 1980 referendum, his thinking and priorities had
not changed: they embodied patriation of the constitution, equality between francophones and
anglophones, a charter of rights, and an amending formula granting a right of veto to Quebec. Pierre
Trudeau had intentions in patriating the constitution with the French and English Canadian s rights
and freedoms. During the Quebec referendum in the year of 1995, the Parti Quebecois asked voters
to vote on whether Quebec should become sovereign or not. As a result, the majority of voters
voted against the Quebec Sovereignty Referendum. Pierre Trudeau strived to defeat the sovereignty
movement and thus, established the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Trudeau was very
passionate and ambitious in transforming Canada into an equal and humble society.

Analysis Of The Tuft Of Flowers By Robert Frost
There once lived a fellow named Robert Frost. In the year 1874, Robert s life began in San
Francisco. He lived there for eleven years with his family until his father died. When that
happened, Robert, his mother, and little sister all moved to Massachusetts. There, Robert went
to high school and graduated top of his class. He went on to complete only one term at
Dartmouth College, and after that, two years at Harvard University. After leaving college,
Robert worked as a farmer and later as a factory worker for a short time. Next, he taught English
at Pinkerton Academy for four years. Mr. Frost s wrote many poems, one of which is called, The
Tuft of Flowers, which also happens to be one of Frost s earlier works. Accordingly, the focus this
essay will be analyzing that poem and comparing it with another Robert Frostwrote. There are two
parts to this essay, analyzing the first poem using four elements of poetry: theme, imagery, sound,
and symbol, and the second part is a comparison of the first another written by Frost, Acquainted
with the Night.
In the beginning of The Tuft of Flowers, a newly mown lawn can be seen. The flowers and tall
grasses, which had been a haven and a joy for insects, animals, and people, were unceremoniously
assaulted by the blade of the workman. The author of the poem is observing the scene, alone; his
loneliness is evident. However, this hopelessness is as he was before he noticed the tuft of flowers.
He viewed all men as working alone, whether they

Textual Evidence Analysis
Teaching students how to provide accurate evidence from parts of stories, such as chapters,
dramas, and poems when writing or speaking about a text, and to describe how each successive
part builds on earlier sections is significantly important, because it improves the student reading
comprehension skills, which is a prerequisite for becoming a great reader. Previously, I taught my
student to identify key elements in a story to help her find the main idea and to use context clues
to determine meaning of words. However, after the lesson, I noticed my student made a poor effort
to refer back to the story when writingor talking about the story to provide appropriate evidence.
In this lesson, my student will not only summarize the story, but my student will also go back to
the chapters, paragraph or stanzas to provide accurate evidence. By doing that, my student will
successfully completed the New York State common core standard, which is Refer to parts of

Hepataminophen Research Paper
As a widely used analgesic and antipyretic agent, acetaminophen (APAP) overdose induced
hepatotoxicity is one of the most common causes of acute liver failure in the USA and in most
Western European countries [1]. Although a number of studies have forced on the influences of N
acetyl p benzoquinone imine (NAPQI), a highly reactive metabolite of APAP that depletes hepatic
glutathione, and increases in oxidative stress during APAP toxicity [2], other mechanisms such as
immune response also raise the susceptibility in the early stages of APAP induced liver injury [3].
Accumulating evidence demonstrates a critical role of inflammatory cytokine released in early
liver damage after APAP intoxication [4, 5]. Kupffer cells (KCs), the liver resident macrophages,

Thus, there is an urgency to evaluate the effects of immune response on APAP toxicity using a
human KCs and hepatocyte co culture system. Since a 3D multicellular system containing
hepatocytes and other non hepatocytes can better reflect the cell cell interactions of a real situation
[11], in this study, we used the 3D liver microtissues consisting of primary human hepatocytes

Because large doses of LPS cause severe liver injury, whereas small doses of LPS results in the
absence of liver damage [6], there is a necessity to determine the optimal dosage of LPS.
Therefore, we first carried out a pilot dose finding study to explore the dose of LPS that can
stimulate the production of cytokines without inducing massive cell death of PHH and KCs cells.
Meanwhile, we also tested a few doses of APAP LPS co exposures to get an impression on the
abilities of these combinations to induce the cytotoxicity and cytokine

there was something wrong with the school (Barthelme, 1). The school within the story doesn t

Mexican Peso Crisis Essay
The IMF and World Bank providing loans to impoverished and financially unstable countries is
not only irresponsible, it s unethical. I intend to use the example of the loans provided to Mexico
during the Mexican peso crisis, also called the Tequila crisis or December mistake crisis to
illustrate this, and then provide what I believe would be a better solution
On January 1st, 1994 the North American Free Trade Agreement became effective. This, along with
the Mexican peso having an exchange rate pinned to the US dollar and low interest rates in the
United States provided the Mexican government and Mexican businesses with access to foreign
investors who we eager to invest. Joseph A. Whitt, Jr. details the events as the Mexican government
devalued the peso. The financial crisis that followed cut the peso s value in half, sent inflation
soaring and set off a severe recession in Mexico (Whitt, 1996, p. 1). Two days later, On the morning

Fast Car Tracy Chapman Poetic Techniques
The song Fast Car by Tracy Chapman revolves around who we assume is Chapman, or another
first person point of view, and their lover. They both are itching to get out of the town they re

city, while her lover is the opposite. In Fast Car, Chapman uses juxtaposition and subtle changes in
her repetition to convey the idea that the feeling of escape is fleeting unless you actively work to
make the best of your situation. In the song, the speaker is Chapman herself, or a character she has
created. They seem to be talking to the antagonist, her partner, but it s not clear whether she s
talking to them face to face or not. The whole song is about their elopement from their old town to

A Leader And An Ethical Leader Essay
Paul Bear Bryant Paul Bear Bryant once ended a quote with the price of victory is high, but so
are the rewards. (King King, 2006, p. 53). That still rings true today as leaders look back on their
journeys, and the substantial price that it took in reaching their vision. I claim Paul Bear
Bryant was indeed a visionary leader and an ethical leader as he continuously rallied countless
men around a common goal of excellence and effectively guided them to achieve that very goal
not only on the football field but in life. He was able to do so by having a strong understanding
of diversity and the impact it had in the building of his coaches and players, as well as what it took
to advance those individuals toward the vision by way of transformational leadershipand effective
use of Inspirational Motivation. Bryant often led by example, and some of these examples were
displayed in the way he chose to stay true to principles and avoid ethical traps in his disciplining of
star quarterback, Joe Namath. He further displayed his ethical style in leading his team through
racial integration in the early 1970 s by having the open mindedness and intellectual courage it
took to make that unpopular decision. In the next few pages, I will display how Bryant was a
visionary and ethical leader, and then reflect on the visionary and ethical leadership experiences

The House At The Brink Of Tears
(BREAK)
She stood on the porch of the Sawada house at the brink of tears. She was really going to miss
this place. It brought by so many memories that came at Kairi relentlessly, and suddenly she wasn t
so sure if she wanted to leave.
The female Hibari made a deal with her brother. She could go around and do whatever she wanted
unsupervised after he finishes cleaning up the filth left in Nanimori. Kyoya may have gotten rid of
the threat in the compound, but there was still chaos elsewhere in the city. It was only after that
was done, that Kairi could gallop around and do what she wanted.
There was a condition though. Kairi had to come back and live with him back in the estate, he
practically stressed the idea. At first, the female ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Kairi turned around and left the house before it engulfed her even more. The female Hibari
walked past the gates and into a sleek black car that lead her back into the Hibari estate.

Tsunayoshi
The school year started again and Tsuna had yet to see her.
It was strange not waking up and not hearing her voice. Ever since they watched the sunrise
together, it had been their thing to continue on the tradition everyday. It had been odd to watch it
alone because he was so used to seeing her there, hearing her voice, smelling the strong scent of the
coconut shampoo she always used, or feeling the soft brushes of her long hair when they would
walk together.
The memory of her was fading and Tsuna was scared that it will be gone forever. He doesn t
know when he ll see her again, and all he has left was her memory. But the weeks passed by
quickly enough and the strength of each memory was slowly dying. He started to forget the sound
of her voice, or the look on her face as she grinned at him, or the way that her face changed
whenever they watched anime together. He was forgetting and that was the scariest part.
She barely touched his life and Kairi was already a big part of it. The female Hibari showed him a
different perspective of the world, and being with he was so much fun. They were friends and Tsuna
and the audacity to start forgetting her.
Strangely enough, Tsuna saw more of Hibari or rather his followers than he expected. The

  • 2. Analysis Of The Pittsburgh Pirates The Pittsburgh Pirates, a MLB baseball team playing in PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, offers fans a baseball game product that includes the team, individual players, in game entertainment, stadium experience, concessions, merchandise, and customer service. With the 20 losing seasons behind them, the Pirates have built their marketing on the strength and talent of the team, rather than in game quality entertainment and the highly rated best ballpark in America. Despite raising ticket prices in 2014 and again in 2015, the Pirates still offer one of the most affordable ticket prices in MLB. Through a 20 game losing season and a declining attendance, the Pirates kept their ticket prices steady. Only until the first winning season in 20 years and the first playoff appearance since 1992, have the Pirates decided to increase ticket pricing. In 2014, the Pirates started to adopt new tiered pricing similar to what other MLB teams have introduced.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... • 4. Football As Sport Of Masses Football is the most popular sports in the world. The game was born in England with the formation of the Football Association, and the same rules still apply since 1863. The word soccer was derived from Association . the first game ever played under the Association rules was between Richmond and Barnes and the final score was 0 0. FIFA is the association that states the rules. FIFA stands for FГ©dГ©ration Internationale de Football Association). Rules Football as sport of masses According to a study conducted by FIFA in 2006, 2 270 million people worldwide are actively involved in football, including players, referees and directors. Of these, 265 million people play the sport. This represents about 4% of world population. This numbers make Football one of the most popular sports in the world. Why did I choose this topic. Football is made of passion and it gathers masses of people. The introduction of technologies in sports will help to reduce the human error and eradicate those errors. Goal line technology determines when the ball has crossed the line. Cases In 1966 England played East Germany in the final of the world cup. The Game was tied in Wembley 2 2 and with eleven minutes of extra time Geoff Hurst swivelled and shot from close range. The ball hit the underside of the cross bar and bounced down, apparently on or just over the line and was cleared. • 5. Essay on The Oxbow The Oxbow, Thomas Cole ART 101 Thomas Cole uses an implied line to separate the dark, untouched forest and dark sky with the tranquil, cultivated farmland below. Cole uses an actual line to outline the banks of the Connecticut River bending through the pastoral land. Actual lines are also used to define the edge of the horizon in the distance. He also used actual lines to portray the rows of manicured farmland. The first geometric shape I could make out is the triangle of the tiny easel in the middle ground. Other geometric shapes include the outlines of the pastures and fields. You see very angular boundaries and rows of plowed fields. There are plenty of organic shapes as well. Most notably of course is the shape of the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The actual light doesn t appear to have an effect on this paining. However, implied light does. Cole uses chiaroscuro to create the illusion of the ominous nature of the forest and the dark clouds, the impression of heavy rain clouds. Cole uses a strong value contrast between the natural forest and the serine river valley. Light as a medium seems to me defined as actual light, which I do not believe is used in two dimensional works. I believe color, and in part lack of, is very important to this masterpiece. Cole colors the river valley light green and light brown to show vibrancy and cultivation of the cleared fields. He colors the forest dark green and eliminates colors in the shattered tree trunks and rugged cliffs to show the natural wonder of the untouched forest. These differences in color show how man is destroying the natural wilderness in favor of agricultural advancement. I believe Cole purposely avoided the appearance of unity in this painting. The separation between the two landscapes was not a peaceful transition. He wanted to show the diversity between the natural land from the cultivated land. I believe this painting is intentionally asymmetrical. Again, Cole wanted to show the non peaceful transition between the two landscapes. I ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Once perspectives began to change about the prisoners and their rights, petitions addressing the violations of inmate s civil liberties started to flood into the courts. It took six years or more to complete this mission, however; he was committed to God and illustrated a level of wisdom that God bestowed upon him due to his obedience. My beliefs of this type of commitment are that God granted him specific skills to allow him to be knowledgeable to build and oversee this mission. King Solomon desired for the people of the Israel descendants to pray or repent for God to accept their apology for their shortcoming or sins and those they would try to serve him in a more honest manner. Their belief of these modifications within their lifestyle would have permitted them to hear from God, and only he could forgive their sins. The abusers use isolating tactics, such as preventing them from working, accessing bank accounts, credit cards, and forms of transportation so that the victim is totally dependent on the abuser compromising their financial liberties. It allows both the English and French languages to be officially spoken in Canada. The Official Languages Act also gives citizens the right to express their culture freely. The Quebec Referendum first occurred during the Quebec Sovereignty. The Quebec Sovereignty is the movement of Quebec declaring independence from Canada. Throughout Canadian history, the province of Quebec has always wanted to become independent from Canada. Most citizens of Quebec feel suppressed from Canada as French is not commonly spoken outside by Canadians outside of Quebec. From the fall of 1967, when, as federal minister of justice, he had clearly articulated his position on these questions, to the 1980 referendum, his thinking and priorities had not changed: they embodied patriation of the constitution, equality between francophones and anglophones, a charter of rights, and an amending formula granting a right of veto to Quebec. Pierre Trudeau had intentions in patriating the constitution with the French and English Canadian s rights and freedoms. During the Quebec referendum in the year of 1995, the Parti Quebecois asked voters to vote on whether Quebec should become sovereign or not. As a result, the majority of voters voted against the Quebec Sovereignty Referendum. Pierre Trudeau strived to defeat the sovereignty movement and thus, established the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. • 29. Analysis Of The Tuft Of Flowers By Robert Frost There once lived a fellow named Robert Frost. In the year 1874, Robert s life began in San Francisco. He lived there for eleven years with his family until his father died. When that happened, Robert, his mother, and little sister all moved to Massachusetts. There, Robert went to high school and graduated top of his class. He went on to complete only one term at Dartmouth College, and after that, two years at Harvard University. After leaving college, Robert worked as a farmer and later as a factory worker for a short time. Next, he taught English at Pinkerton Academy for four years. Mr. Frost s wrote many poems, one of which is called, The Tuft of Flowers, which also happens to be one of Frost s earlier works. Accordingly, the focus this essay will be analyzing that poem and comparing it with another Robert Frostwrote. There are two parts to this essay, analyzing the first poem using four elements of poetry: theme, imagery, sound, and symbol, and the second part is a comparison of the first another written by Frost, Acquainted with the Night. In the beginning of The Tuft of Flowers, a newly mown lawn can be seen. The flowers and tall grasses, which had been a haven and a joy for insects, animals, and people, were unceremoniously assaulted by the blade of the workman. The author of the poem is observing the scene, alone; his loneliness is evident. However, this hopelessness is as he was before he noticed the tuft of flowers. Textual Evidence Analysis Teaching students how to provide accurate evidence from parts of stories, such as chapters, dramas, and poems when writing or speaking about a text, and to describe how each successive part builds on earlier sections is significantly important, because it improves the student reading comprehension skills, which is a prerequisite for becoming a great reader. Previously, I taught my student to identify key elements in a story to help her find the main idea and to use context clues to determine meaning of words. However, after the lesson, I noticed my student made a poor effort to refer back to the story when writingor talking about the story to provide appropriate evidence. In this lesson, my student will not only summarize the story, but my student will also go back to the chapters, paragraph or stanzas to provide accurate evidence. Although a number of studies have forced on the influences of N acetyl p benzoquinone imine (NAPQI), a highly reactive metabolite of APAP that depletes hepatic glutathione, and increases in oxidative stress during APAP toxicity [2], other mechanisms such as immune response also raise the susceptibility in the early stages of APAP induced liver injury [3]. Thus, there is an urgency to evaluate the effects of immune response on APAP toxicity using a human KCs and hepatocyte co culture system. Since a 3D multicellular system containing hepatocytes and other non hepatocytes can better reflect the cell cell interactions of a real situation [11], in this study, we used the 3D liver microtissues consisting of primary human hepatocytes (PHH) and KCs (1 : 1) to study the inflammation mediated hepatotoxicity after acetaminophen overdose. Because large doses of LPS cause severe liver injury, whereas small doses of LPS results in the absence of liver damage [6], there is a necessity to determine the optimal dosage of LPS. Therefore, we first carried out a pilot dose finding study to explore the dose of LPS that can stimulate the production of cytokines without inducing massive cell death of PHH and KCs cells. Meanwhile, we also tested a few doses of APAP LPS co exposures to get an impression on the abilities of these combinations to induce the cytotoxicity and cytokine ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

That still rings true today as leaders look back on their journeys, and the substantial price that it took in reaching their vision. I claim Paul Bear Bryant was indeed a visionary leader and an ethical leader as he continuously rallied countless men around a common goal of excellence and effectively guided them to achieve that very goal not only on the football field but in life. He was able to do so by having a strong understanding of diversity and the impact it had in the building of his coaches and players, as well as what it took to advance those individuals toward the vision by way of transformational leadershipand effective use of Inspirational Motivation. Bryant often led by example, and some of these examples were displayed in the way he chose to stay true to principles and avoid ethical traps in his disciplining of star quarterback, Joe Namath.
