According to our study, among the top 4 players in the industry, Meru cab is the least trusted operator
with a surprising 84% of the user opinions analyzed feels that the aggregator is unsafe. On the other
hand the top performer in the industry, Ola cabs has a fifty-fifty split between those who feels safe
and unsafe.
Ola and Uber closely compared and competing: Based on our analysis Ola cabs and Uber and neck
and neck in most parameter. The study shows that they both have an equal percentage user mind
share. Ola cabs is mentioned the most at 73% in the conversations for Uber cabs where competitors
are mentioned. So is in the case of conversations for Ola where Uber has the biggest pie of 73%.
