“If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.” That’s pretty much how I do it. Measure, plan and optimize. In my 4 years of marketing, that was the most enlightening thing I learned. That alone led me to cutting the BS and doing the real work which brings real and tangible results. Combining this with user centric approach, or more throughly “talk with customers” or “go out of the building” way of working, I strive to keep the most clear picture of any goal that is given to me. However, the one and only important thing in this process is the execution, and that is what I live for. I am a big fan of SaaS businesses and have an experience of working for SaaS companies for 2 years.
