While working as a file clerk at a law firm, Erin Brockovich uncovered records
that ultimately led to the largest direct-action lawsuit in U.S. history. The story was
later turned into a movie starring Julia Roberts.
Marion Keisker, a secretary at Sun Records, is credited with helping launch
Elvis Presley's career. She was alone in the studio the day Elvis walked in to record
a few songs, and handled the sessions herself.
Bette Nesmith Graham was a secretary who came up with correction fluid to
