The	Retainer	amount	is	subject	to	increment	if	the	Scope	of	Work	or	Duration	increases	beyond	the
deliverables	or	expectancy.

In	cases	of	dispute,	claim	&	legal	action	arising	out	of	the	contract,	the	parties	shall	be	subject	to	the
