Capital-efficient businesses – operational @ <$100k funding
Primarily Internet and mobile based distribution
Simple revenue models – transactions, subscriptions, or affiliate
Small but measurable usage - some customers, early revenue
Functional prototype *before* investing (or previous product success)
Momentum in your metrics
Diversity in your team and/or customers
Founders who are full-time
