Peter Clemente, President - Peter Clemente brings to AFDE more than 20 years of experience in senior
management roles in the areas of marketing, digital media, sales and corporate development. Prior to joining AFDE, Peter held a
variety of senior management positions at Sony, including Senior Vice President of Customer Relationship Marketing at Sony
Corp, Senior Vice President of CRM at Sony Pictures, and Vice President of CRM and Digital Sales at Sony Music. Prior to Sony
Peter served as CEO at Oddcast Media Software and Senior Analyst at IDC where he authored industry reports for leading
investment banks. His experience after Sony includes having served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and
Chief Marketing Officer at Intertainment Broadcasting Corp, and Chief Marketing Officer at maniaTV. An internet industry
pioneer dating back to his early involvement in the late 1970s, Peter served as a member of the World Wide Web Consortium. He
is a multi-published author and has keynoted industry conferences in the US, Europe and Asia. . .
Who We Are
Spencer Gordon, Chief Business Development Officer & General Counsel - SpencerGordon is
an accomplished business affairs and business development advisor with expertise in media & entertainment and monetization
of intellectual property. Prior to joining AF Double Eagle, Spencer served as a business affairs executive at ROAR, a Los Angeles-
based talent and marketing agency where he spearheaded strategic partnerships, licensing initiatives, and engineered complex
business transactions on behalf of Hollywood talent, top athletes, major corporations and leading consumer brands. Spencer has
served as a valued advisor to a variety of companies in industries ranging from mobile marketing to retail, hardware and private
aviation. In his current role as General Counsel and EVP Business Development at Double Eagle, Spencer furnishes clients with
his keen sense for transformational opportunities as well as his ability to identify and execute innovative business models.
Spencer holds a B.S. in corporate finance from USC’s Marshall School of Business, a J.D. and M.B.A Cum Laude from Pepperdine
University, and sits of the Advisory Board of the Pepperdine University Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and The Law.
Aidan Foley, CEO & Founder - Aidan Foley has over 20 years of executive level management experience in the
technology and entertainment industries. In technology, Aidan has managed organizations, at executive levels, of software,
hardware and services businesses on a global basis with a focus towards digital imaging. Aidan delivers on corporate strategy,
product development and product distribution for companies ranging in size from start-up to multi-national. Prior to his current
role as founder and CEO of AF Double Eagle, Aidan was the President and CEO of the Enterprise Solutions Group of Ascent
Media, an $800 million business unit of Liberty Media where he reported directly to Liberty Chairman, John Malone. Prior to
Ascent Media, Aidan served as CEO of Kodak's Digital Entertainment Division, where he ran several multi $billion businesses.
Prior to Kodak, Aidan served as CEO of Sony’s Media Software Group, a $4 billion business unit of the Sony Corporation.
