This is the frame where you know the things about
yourself. Working in this area results in open, honest and
transparent communication and minimizes
miscommunication, mistrust and confusion.
To those who have smaller open areas, they must learn
about others and share information about themselves.
Establishing the culture of open communication.
This could be done by making it safe for others to share
information essential aspect of effective leadership.

Frame
The Blind Frame represents information that is
known about a person by others, but is not
known to himself/herself.
By soliciting feedback, and by being open to
feedback by others, we become more aware of
how others perceive us, and we shrink our blind
spot.
This leads to stronger communication and trust.

Frame
The Hidden Frame represents the
information that the person intentionally
hides from others.
Others DO NOT KNOW about us.
But as a person’s trust grows, they will
increasingly disclose greater information.

The frame represents information that neither
the person nor the group members know.
This information may come to life through
self development and experiences.
This will be unlock if a person undergoes self
discovery and learned opportunities to
develop greater awareness.

This unlocks thoughts and emotions that
might otherwise be disregarded.
32. MONITOR YOUR SELF-TALK
Make sure that your self-talk is positive and
that you celebrate your wins and do not
dwell with your failures.
33. PRACTICE SAYING “NO”
Set yourself a goal of number of temptations you
will resist each day. Saying no may not give you
immediate gratification but a long term gain.
34. QUESTION YOUR DECISION
Ensure that any decision you make are good ones
by coming up with three reasons as to why you
should pursue them.
