divided into part;
-anterio part(flextion typ)
-posterior part(extension typ)

9. Feature of supra chondelar
follw fall down feel painful,also have
tenerness , swolling ,,tender ness,
also have deformites
-lateral and medial epicondly and olcranon
normal triangler ship when fracture occure
dis loctionfrom elbow

11. Complicated
ealy complicated;
vascular injure
nerve in jure
late complicated;
myositosis
stiffness
malunion
late ulnar nerve palsy
cabitus varus-vagus deformite

12. Treatment
anterior part;
reduce pulling th arm with elbow fully
extented.
Immoblized by plaster
with extented for 3 week
follw grad ullay flextion

13. Posterior
reduction;
flextion el bow 80 while pushed for
word with his thump
-immoblized;callor and cuff is
applied
-rehabilition
we need for 3 week without any
activity

17. condylar
open redue
internal fixaton when fracture
medial and lateral condylar

21. Intercondylar
seperated medial and lateral
from each other rotation down
word and up word

24. Treatment
open reduce internal faxition for
yongadult
bag bone for elderly patient
