Stakeholder input
- Some estimates – 4x the planning time than for a f2f
- Create shorter lessons/activities to fit in busy schedules
- Don’t do an information dump – create new learning with the learners
- Does someone need to do every lesson to complete the series/curriculum – think non-linear, independent lessons
- If appropriate (not self-paced, instructor-led), create a community of learners who create new learning and collaborate online
- Give opportunities for feedback for improvement
