Fear not Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, crowdsourcing, IOT or the next cultural behemoth. My sweet spot is figuring out how these wonderful leaps can improve productivity, reduce waste, tailor experience and scale the human touch.
I always start with people. What does the customer want, what effect will change have on employees, where will the future of people lie? Then I go on to the enablers - culture, data and insight and organisational behaviour.
