I am a PhD candidate and lecturer at the faculty of psychology at the University of Bremen, Germany. My main research areas and interests are: psychometrics, organizational diagnostics, survey studies, R programming, repertory grid method. I am especially interested in the repertory grid method and developed an Open Source software for its analysis: www.openrepgrid.org. I am a skilled R-programmer. Currently, I am the maintainer of two R packages on CRAN: OpenRepGrid, ryouready Beside academics I work as a freelancer in the field of market research and organizational diagnostics: www.talkingdata.de.
