& energy with employment power of more than 12000.
Job Responsibilities: Executive – Executive Production Shift Officer.
 Capacity planning for 15 lines on daily basis and handling the CSP (Cut, Stitch and Pack) dept. at Barnala
Terry Towel plant.
 Responsibilities include planning production and dispatch according to shipment dates in area of cutting,
stitching, finishing, packing and dispatch. Ensuring deadlines and deliveries. Ensuring dispatch targets as per
Business Plan by planning and coordinating with related units for the same. Brands handled – WALMART,
TARGET, IKEA, MACY’s, J C Penny, DOMTEX, SHERIDAN and many more.
 Responsible for all post-dying activities till dispatch. Also responsible for quality related activities and
initiatives for quality improvement and sustainability.
 Handling a workforce of approximately 200 people. Looking into administrative and welfare functions of the
department.
 Majority of the post dying-processes being automated including length cutting, hemming, cross cutting and
cross hemming.
 Through efficient planning and execution have ensured that till date 100% orders and shipments are
delivered on time to respective buyers and there are nil late shipments. Production output of 30 MT (1lac+
pcs) per day.
 Daily material planning operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
 Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. Develop best practices to improve
production capacity, quality and reliability.
 Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.
 Recruiting, leading & motivating workforce, imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing better
operational efficiency
 Raw Material and Packaging Material planning, Variety and SKU wise manpower utilization.
 Plant capacity utilization by reducing the processing and changeover time.
 Liaison with online quality control department for maintaining quality parameters of the final product.
