This document discusses developing a communication and information management strategy for ICARDA. It identifies five strategic elements: 1) Focusing on stakeholder needs, 2) Developing clear, consistent messaging and responsiveness, 3) Establishing an information framework, 4) Implementing tools, systems and processes, and 5) Improving capacity and defining roles. The strategy aims to improve how ICARDA shares knowledge and engages with partners through better understanding audiences and using online communication channels.
