• Allows investor to understand if you are a potential target

• Be prepared to defend the figures
• At times you may have to change, understand why

• Be sure to upload your financial plan and cap table, alongwith information on previous
rounds. Good part of this section is under privacy (your) control for obvious reasons.
10. Fine pointers
• Connect your company’s website, facebook, twitter and LinkedIn accounts
• You want investors to be able to access your social profiles in single link –
remember social proof is important!
• If you are or were part of accelerator or incubator program then add it to
profile
• Be sure to note location, founding year, stage and market – important filters
• Hashtages - #college, #sectors, #accelerator programs, #city
• No need to hashtag company name or founder names – we see very limited
searches
11. Fine pointers
• Your twitter pitch

• Keep it very very crisp
• Start with single sentence - “Uber for X”, “Alibaba of Y”
• Limit yourself to single sentence, but if you must expand then keep it in
separate sentence
