I am an entrepreneurial strategist, with a background across digital strategy, customer experience, brand and communications planning. I have worked out of London, Amsterdam, Brussels and Düsseldorf, across a diverse range of brands such as British Airways, GSK, P&G, BMW Guggenheim Lab, as well as a number of early stage start-ups.
I believe that technology has changed the dynamic between consumers and brands, resulting in the need for brands to create experiences that people want to spend time - experiences that add real value for both the consumer and the business.
