5. Study Island is built from the GLCEs/HSCEs
Study Island is used by over six million students in over 15,000 schools.
Here are the highlights from our 2007-2008 teacher survey:
97.4% say Study Island helped increase their test scores
94.0% say their students enjoy using Study Island
96.1% plan on renewing Study Island next school year
Our Michigan programs are completely web-based. Students simply
logon to www.studyisland.com to access the program. The program is
organized into topics covering all of the Content Expectations that are
tested on the state-mandated Michigan Educational Assessment
Program (MEAP) tests and Michigan Merit Examinations (MME) in
grades 3 through 8 and high school.
