any space, has been the result of a professional work of our company North
Pi Design Corp., along with Sonyvan Business Development, LLC and
several specialized companies in the United States of America.
All suppliers have the conditions to produce each and every product involved
in what we called “A Housing Package”, this means quality, specification and
enforcement in the delivery of each product.

individual product.

Our company North Pi Design Corp., offers within the package an instructive
house construction in phases to implement the installation of the housing kit.
This will include from the starting the construction on the field, guiding the
assembling until the final delivery of the keys to each household.
An special feature of these houses is their status non-seismic in its design and
construction, beginning with the lightest weight of its structure and construction
monolithic with the caliper founding which, in a seismic movement behaves
like a single block.

Because the low price level obtained, an the exclusive production of certain
elements such as wood and accessories makes that the execution order has a
minimum to maintain this price, this minimum amount of houses is 1000 units
per each model. The time to be supplied this 3,000 houses (1,000 per each
model) is six (6) calendar months beginning from a 30% down payment on the
total order and opening a Master, Irrevocable Letter of Credit totaling 100% of
the order.
That one will be charged as delivery and presentation of paper or board “bill of
lading” of the carrier.
The price offered by us is a price “Ex-works” at our location in Florida, USA.
We are in a position to give a CIF prices, depending on customer needs.

The type of wood to be used is the “Southern Yellow Pine”.
The woods and sheets are treated (Plywood, CDX, OSB); in addition, for the
terraces we will be using higher density SYP decking wood.
“Pressure Treated Wood” is actual wood, with its natural beauty, It is
protected against termites and fungi attacks since it contains a preservatives.
It meets all building codes, regulations of the EPA and industry standards.
Recognized and approved by the government an commercial agencies world
wide.

“PT” treatment is produced under independent licenses which promote quality
control measures.
Available with additives stabilizers for protections of humidity when a good
appearance is desirable.
The wood complies with building codes for many applications, and reports
codes assessment has been underpinned by (NER-669) “National Evaluation
Service”. The treatment are included in the preservation standards of the
“American Wood-Preservers Association” under and over ground (Use
categories UC1, UC2, UC3A, UCE3B, UC4A, UC4B).

Treatment for hot dip galvanized fasteners (complying ASTM A153)
and connectors (ASTM A653 CLASS G185 SHEET) or higher are
recommended.
For interior applications, even though galvanized fasteners are
preferable, the use of non-galvanized, nails or screws sizes and types,
approved by the “model code” are acceptable, when joined spare
“Wolmanized”, whereas wood will remain dry during use, protected
from outside moisture and water.
