relationship with Governments and Transport Authorities in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the US as a whole. The Elizabeth River Crossings tunnels are
located in the Hampton Roads region and are one of the most highly travelled roads in the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News metropolitan area. The
concession has a residual duration of 50 years, until April 2070. Elizabeth River Tunnels provide access to important employment, commercial, military and
waterside areas in Norfolk and the rest of the Hampton Roads area, which is home to the deepest commercial port on the East Coast. They have shown strong

Deutsche Lufthansa (germany) raised 500 million euros in aircraft financing in the
second half of 2020
Since July 2020, Deutsche Lufthansa AG has raised a total of
around 500 million euros by using aircrafts as security in eight
financing transactions. This enabled the Group to secure additional
funds on top of the 1.6 billion euros raised via a convertible bond
and a corporate bond. The five Airbus A350s and three aircraft from
the A320 family were used as securities for various financing
instruments. Funds were raised through sale and lease back
financing, secured loans and secured promissory notes
(Schuldscheindarlehen). Banks, private equity funds and corporate
investors, particularly from Europe and Asia, participated in the
financing. Lufthansa was also able to agree upon attractive terms
compared with the most recently issued bonds.
Executive Commentary
"We have taken another successful step in refinancing existing
liabilities which are maturing in 2021. The transactions once
again demonstrate the confidence the market has in our company
and our restructuring measures. We have a wide range of
financing instruments at our disposal and aircraft financing will
continue to play a key role in our financing strategy as it offers
financially attractive conditions," said Executive Vice President
Corporate Finance of the Lufthansa Group.

American (united states) Expands Travel Readiness App Acceptance and
Preflight Testing to More Central and South American Countries

Solution Description
American Airlines is further expanding its acceptance of the VeriFLY app, a mobile health wallet that guides customers to understand, track and
verify their coronavirus (COVID-19) testing and documentation requirements. Starting Dec. 22, customers traveling on American’s flights from
Miami International Airport (MIA) to destinations in Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador can use VeriFLY to help ensure they are
meeting the government-required entry guidelines and access an expedited check-in lane. Also starting Dec. 22, any American Airlines customer
traveling to Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador will be able to use LetsGetChecked for their required, preflight COVID-19 test. Customers can
learn more about LetsGetChecked and all of the airline’s testing partners at aa.com/ covid19 testing. When departing MIA, customers using the
VeriFLY app are able to use a dedicated and expedited entry lane in the North Terminal. In this lane, they can simply show their approved “pass”
validation on the app during check-in. This quick process replaces the manual check of documentation that often take 15 minutes or more.
Customers traveling to Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador can download the VeriFLY app beginning Dec. 18, and use it for travel
beginning Dec. 22. Customers traveling to Jamaica and Chile from MIA are currently able use the app and the dedicated lane. American is working
with multiple countries to streamline the process even further and incorporate the VeriFLY app at destination airports so that customers have an
expedited verification process on both ends of the travel journey.

Singapore Airlines Starts Trials On Digital Verification Of Covid-19 Test
Results And Vaccination Information
For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com
8
Solution Description
Singapore Airlines has started trials on a new digital health verification process, which will be the first in the world to be based on the International Air Transport Association’s Travel
Pass framework. This will offer customers the ability to securely store and present information related to Covid-19 tests, as well as their vaccination status in the future. This service
will initially be offered from December to customers travelling on flights operated by Singapore Airlines from Jakarta or Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. If successful, this could be
extended to other cities in the SIA route network. Customers who take their Covid-19 tests at selected clinics in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur would be given either digital or paper health
certificates with a QR code. Airport check-in staff and Singapore’s immigration authority would be able to verify the authenticity of these certificates via a secure mobile app, and
ensure that the customers meet Singapore’s entry requirements. Customers without a digital certificate can also present the paper version for manual verification. This is a faster and
more secure way to validate a passenger’s health credentials than the existing protocols, speeding up both the airport check-in process and the immigration entry process into Singapore.
It would make it easier for SIA customers to control their information, reduce friction during their travel journey, and result in a more seamless experience with the aid of digital
technologies in the new normal. IATA’s Timatic registry will provide the back-end information on the Covid-19 testing and entry requirements. This is part of the modular Travel Pass
solution, which aims to allow travellers to easily and securely manage their travel in line with national requirements for Covid-19 testing and vaccine information. Singapore Airlines
also plans to integrate the entire process into the SingaporeAir mobile app from around mid-2021, again using the Travel Pass framework. This would support the drive towards a
secure and convenient industry standard for the verification of Covid-19 test and vaccinations. The verification is enabled by an application developed by Affinidi, a Temasek-founded
technology company enabling portable and verifiable data credentials. SIA will work closely with its partners in Singapore, including the Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation
Authority of Singapore , Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and Changi Airport Group in the facilitation of these trials and towards the eventual restoration of a seamless
travel experience for its customers.

Boarding for Flights Departing the US to Canada

Air Canada said it is the first Canadian airline to offer its customers the safety and convenience of a new boarding option utilizing facial biometrics. The
technology is now available for customers departing San Francisco International Airport (SFO) with plans to progressively roll it out for customers at other
US airports where the airline operates. Biometric boarding enables customers to present themselves at the boarding gate, have their photo taken which is then
validated and confirmed to their passport document details and photo which are already captured via the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP)
Traveler Verification Service. In a matter of seconds, CBP's biometric facial comparison service will automatically compare the new photo of the traveller to
images that the traveller has already provided to the government, such as passport and visa photos. Overall, the use of facial biometrics provides travellers
with a secure, touchless process that streamlines air travel. Customers who do not wish to utilize biometric boarding may simply advise the gate agent, and
they will board as they always have by presenting their boarding pass and passport for manual ID check and boarding processing.Since the beginning of the
year, Air Canada has introduced numerous touchless processes throughout the customer journey, including: TouchFree Bag Check for flights departing
Canadian airports, the ability to order food directly in Maple Leaf Lounges from smartphones and tablets, touchless self-entry to the Air Canada Café for
when it reopens, and provisioning of all newspapers and magazines in digital format via PressReader, among other initiatives.Air Canada plans to expand
biometric boarding options to other US airports in the near future and is currently exploring options which could be viable at Canadian airports.

Alaska Airlines (united states) Announces Restructured Agreement With Boeing
To Acquire A Total Of 68 737-9 MAX Aircraft With Options For Another 52
For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com

Alaska is scheduled to receive 13 planes in 2021; 30 in 2022; 13 in 2023; and 12 in 2024. The delivery schedule will largely replace Alaska's Airbus fleet and
moves the airline substantially toward a single, mainline fleet that's more efficient, profitable and environmentally friendly, and that will enhance the guest
experience and support the company's growth. This restructured agreement with Boeing incorporates Alaska's announcement last month to lease 13 737-9
aircraft. The agreement delivers superior economics to Alaska while providing flexibility in the final delivery schedule for the airline to optimize its fleet plan
as the industry recovers. It also enables two major Pacific Northwest employers – Alaska and Boeing – to continue to support and revive jobs as the region
and nation recover from the devastating impacts of the pandemic, fueling economic opportunity and growth in the coming decade. After significant work to
manage costs and liquidity through the pandemic, support employees and jobs, and to ensure the safety of both employees and guests, Alaska's priority is to
establish strong recovery and growth in the decade ahead. Alaska also prefers to own aircraft when it makes the best financial sense for the company. This
decision enables the company to exit 61 expensive, short-term leases for its Airbus fleet that were inherited by Alaska through its acquisition of Virgin
America. Furthermore, compared to the Airbus A320, the 737-9 has more seats, better fuel efficiency, lower emissions and lower maintenance costs. The
agreement includes mechanisms to adjust the timing of deliveries to meet economic conditions, giving the airline substantial flexibility to manage its fleet in
step with network demand. Alaska's 52 aircraft options are for deliveries between 2023 to 2026.

United Arab Emirates, from October 2021. With the agreement, DSV will be responsible for the entire supply management of

transport and logistics company, we have a global impact on both environment and climate – with that comes great responsibility.

Ferrovial (Spain), HyperloopTT Sign Framework Agreement to Analyze US
Projects
For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com

Ferrovial, a global leading infrastructure operator, and innovative transportation and technology company Hyperloop Transportation Technologies
(HyperloopTT) have signed a framework agreement that will allow the two businesses to analyze opportunities on hyperloop projects in the United
States. Ferrovial and HyperloopTT would work together on tasks including route development analysis, operation and maintenance for hyperloop
technology, engineering and construction work, and operation and maintenance for both passenger and cargo solutions for specific projects within the
United States. The framework agreement establishes the principal terms for the companies to identify opportunities to work together in pursuit of
specific projects. Hyperloop is a new mode of transportation that consists of a reduced pressure tube pathway, a passive magnetic levitation system
(Maglev), and a linear electric motor used to propel self-contained capsules carrying passengers and/or cargo. The low air resistance and lack of friction
make it possible for vehicles to reach very high speeds with minimal energy use. In 2018, in partnership with HyperloopTT, government officials
commissioned a feasibility study for America’s first multi-state hyperloop in the Great Lakes MegaRegion connecting Chicago, Cleveland, and
Pittsburgh. The study, released in December 2019, determined the technology and route were both feasible. In France, HyperloopTT is currently
running full-scale tests to establish safety and insurance certifications, as well as optimizing and fully integrating the technical components of the
system. HyperloopTT is also working on the world’s first commercial hyperloop system of 3-5 km in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Royal Mail (UK) partners with consortium to become first UK parcel carrier
to use a drone to deliver a parcel
For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com

Royal Mail has joined forces with a consortium of established UK drone companies – including DronePrep and Skyports - and addressing technology
what3words, to become the first nationwide UK parcel carrier to transport a parcel for recipients via an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). In a UK first,
the consortium arranged an initial drone delivery to a remote lighthouse* on the Isle of Mull this month. This is the first step in a groundbreaking
consultation programme and trial in the New Year, which will focus on engaging with the community to explore the viability of using drones to deliver
to rural communities on the Isle of Mull, where Skyports is already using its drones to help NHS Scotland with the response to COVID-19. This will
help to identify opportunities to support postmen and postwomen in delivering to very remote areas and addresses in the UK. As with all Royal Mail
deliveries across the UK, the postcode will route the parcel towards its destination. The local postie will then use drone delivery to reach the most remote
locations in their patch faster. For the drone delivery, residents consulted on the Isle of Mull will be invited to use the DronePrep platform to assess the
viability of their property for drone delivery and pinpoint a suitable landing location within their ownership using the what3words integration. To enable
this for the trial, Royal Mail is asking recipients to provide the what3words address, a 3 metre by 3 metre square, that corresponds to the precise landing
point for delivery of Royal Mail parcels via the drone from the Royal Mail van.

JetBlue (USA) Will Ring in the New Year with Its New Airbus A220-300
Aircraft
For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com

JetBlue announced it has formally taken delivery of its first Airbus A220-300 aircraft, marking the start of a new era for the airline's fleet. The aircraft – tail N3008J – is
scheduled to arrive at JetBlue's home at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) this evening from Airbus's U.S. production facility in Mobile, Ala. It is
the first delivery of 70 A220 aircraft JetBlue has on order, which will be phased in to ultimately replace the existing fleet of 60 Embraer 190 aircraft. The A220 boasts a
nearly 30 percent lower direct operating cost per seat than the current E190. Lower seat costs come from both fuel and non-fuel savings. The A220 fleet will also help to
further reset JetBlue's maintenance costs well into the decade. The airline anticipates the A220 fleet, with improved reliability and longer maintenance intervals, will have
a maintenance cost per seat that is more than 40 percent lower than E190s. With a range of up to 3,350 nautical miles and a 40 percent lower fuel burn per seat than
JetBlue's E190 aircraft, the favorable economics open the door to new markets and routes that would have been unprofitable with JetBlue's existing fleet. The A220
covers a wide mix of new and existing market possibilities with excellent economics on short, medium and even potentially transcontinental markets. This will allow for
better overall aircraft utilization and provide a competitive advantage for JetBlue in short haul markets. The A220 is powered exclusively by Pratt & Whitney GTF
engines, which deliver double-digit improvements in fuel and carbon emissions. Optimizing fuel burn is an important first step in JetBlue’s cost-conscious sustainability
strategy, and prioritizing fuel-efficient aircraft and engines aligns with JetBlue’s approach to reducing emissions. Earlier this year, JetBlue became the first major U.S.
airline to achieve carbon neutrality for all domestic flights, and later announced its plans to achieve net zero carbon emissions across all operations by 2040. The A220’s
significant reduction in per-seat emissions will help JetBlue meet and maintain its sustainability commitments.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nib Solution Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable American (united states) Expands Travel Readiness App Acceptance and Preflight Testing to More Central and South American Countries For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com 7 Solution Description American Airlines is further expanding its acceptance of the VeriFLY app, a mobile health wallet that guides customers to understand, track and verify their coronavirus (COVID-19) testing and documentation requirements. Starting Dec. 22, customers traveling on American’s flights from Miami International Airport (MIA) to destinations in Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador can use VeriFLY to help ensure they are meeting the government-required entry guidelines and access an expedited check-in lane. Also starting Dec. 22, any American Airlines customer traveling to Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador will be able to use LetsGetChecked for their required, preflight COVID-19 test. Customers can learn more about LetsGetChecked and all of the airline’s testing partners at aa.com/ covid19 testing. When departing MIA, customers using the VeriFLY app are able to use a dedicated and expedited entry lane in the North Terminal. In this lane, they can simply show their approved “pass” validation on the app during check-in. This quick process replaces the manual check of documentation that often take 15 minutes or more. Customers traveling to Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador can download the VeriFLY app beginning Dec. 18, and use it for travel beginning Dec. 22. Customers traveling to Jamaica and Chile from MIA are currently able use the app and the dedicated lane. American is working with multiple countries to streamline the process even further and incorporate the VeriFLY app at destination airports so that customers have an expedited verification process on both ends of the travel journey.
  • 14. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nib Solution Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable Singapore Airlines Starts Trials On Digital Verification Of Covid-19 Test Results And Vaccination Information For any queries, Please write to marketing@itshades.com 8 Solution Description Singapore Airlines has started trials on a new digital health verification process, which will be the first in the world to be based on the International Air Transport Association’s Travel Pass framework. This will offer customers the ability to securely store and present information related to Covid-19 tests, as well as their vaccination status in the future. This service will initially be offered from December to customers travelling on flights operated by Singapore Airlines from Jakarta or Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. If successful, this could be extended to other cities in the SIA route network. Customers who take their Covid-19 tests at selected clinics in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur would be given either digital or paper health certificates with a QR code. Airport check-in staff and Singapore’s immigration authority would be able to verify the authenticity of these certificates via a secure mobile app, and ensure that the customers meet Singapore’s entry requirements. Customers without a digital certificate can also present the paper version for manual verification. This is a faster and more secure way to validate a passenger’s health credentials than the existing protocols, speeding up both the airport check-in process and the immigration entry process into Singapore. It would make it easier for SIA customers to control their information, reduce friction during their travel journey, and result in a more seamless experience with the aid of digital technologies in the new normal. IATA’s Timatic registry will provide the back-end information on the Covid-19 testing and entry requirements. This is part of the modular Travel Pass solution, which aims to allow travellers to easily and securely manage their travel in line with national requirements for Covid-19 testing and vaccine information. Singapore Airlines also plans to integrate the entire process into the SingaporeAir mobile app from around mid-2021, again using the Travel Pass framework. This would support the drive towards a secure and convenient industry standard for the verification of Covid-19 test and vaccinations. The verification is enabled by an application developed by Affinidi, a Temasek-founded technology company enabling portable and verifiable data credentials. SIA will work closely with its partners in Singapore, including the Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore , Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and Changi Airport Group in the facilitation of these trials and towards the eventual restoration of a seamless travel experience for its customers.

The delivery schedule will largely replace Alaska's Airbus fleet and moves the airline substantially toward a single, mainline fleet that's more efficient, profitable and environmentally friendly, and that will enhance the guest experience and support the company's growth. This restructured agreement with Boeing incorporates Alaska's announcement last month to lease 13 737-9 aircraft. The agreement delivers superior economics to Alaska while providing flexibility in the final delivery schedule for the airline to optimize its fleet plan as the industry recovers. It also enables two major Pacific Northwest employers – Alaska and Boeing – to continue to support and revive jobs as the region and nation recover from the devastating impacts of the pandemic, fueling economic opportunity and growth in the coming decade. After significant work to manage costs and liquidity through the pandemic, support employees and jobs, and to ensure the safety of both employees and guests, Alaska's priority is to establish strong recovery and growth in the decade ahead. Alaska also prefers to own aircraft when it makes the best financial sense for the company. This decision enables the company to exit 61 expensive, short-term leases for its Airbus fleet that were inherited by Alaska through its acquisition of Virgin America. Furthermore, compared to the Airbus A320, the 737-9 has more seats, better fuel efficiency, lower emissions and lower maintenance costs. The agreement includes mechanisms to adjust the timing of deliveries to meet economic conditions, giving the airline substantial flexibility to manage its fleet in step with network demand. Alaska's 52 aircraft options are for deliveries between 2023 to 2026. Description

In a UK first, the consortium arranged an initial drone delivery to a remote lighthouse* on the Isle of Mull this month. This is the first step in a groundbreaking consultation programme and trial in the New Year, which will focus on engaging with the community to explore the viability of using drones to deliver to rural communities on the Isle of Mull, where Skyports is already using its drones to help NHS Scotland with the response to COVID-19. This will help to identify opportunities to support postmen and postwomen in delivering to very remote areas and addresses in the UK. As with all Royal Mail deliveries across the UK, the postcode will route the parcel towards its destination. The local postie will then use drone delivery to reach the most remote locations in their patch faster. For the drone delivery, residents consulted on the Isle of Mull will be invited to use the DronePrep platform to assess the viability of their property for drone delivery and pinpoint a suitable landing location within their ownership using the what3words integration. To enable this for the trial, Royal Mail is asking recipients to provide the what3words address, a 3 metre by 3 metre square, that corresponds to the precise landing point for delivery of Royal Mail parcels via the drone from the Royal Mail van. It is the first delivery of 70 A220 aircraft JetBlue has on order, which will be phased in to ultimately replace the existing fleet of 60 Embraer 190 aircraft. The A220 boasts a nearly 30 percent lower direct operating cost per seat than the current E190. Lower seat costs come from both fuel and non-fuel savings. The A220 fleet will also help to further reset JetBlue's maintenance costs well into the decade. The airline anticipates the A220 fleet, with improved reliability and longer maintenance intervals, will have a maintenance cost per seat that is more than 40 percent lower than E190s. With a range of up to 3,350 nautical miles and a 40 percent lower fuel burn per seat than JetBlue's E190 aircraft, the favorable economics open the door to new markets and routes that would have been unprofitable with JetBlue's existing fleet. The A220 covers a wide mix of new and existing market possibilities with excellent economics on short, medium and even potentially transcontinental markets. This will allow for better overall aircraft utilization and provide a competitive advantage for JetBlue in short haul markets. The A220 is powered exclusively by Pratt & Whitney GTF engines, which deliver double-digit improvements in fuel and carbon emissions. Optimizing fuel burn is an important first step in JetBlue’s cost-conscious sustainability strategy, and prioritizing fuel-efficient aircraft and engines aligns with JetBlue’s approach to reducing emissions. Earlier this year, JetBlue became the first major U.S. airline to achieve carbon neutrality for all domestic flights, and later announced its plans to achieve net zero carbon emissions across all operations by 2040. The A220’s significant reduction in per-seat emissions will help JetBlue meet and maintain its sustainability commitments. Description
