Situation Harbinger Solution
 A US based mid size ISV in HR domain had
many large hospitals as their customers.
These hospitals were facing various
bottlenecks in the lengthy and time
consuming credentialing process consisting
of physician referencing and delineation of
privileges.
 The company wanted to be the first to enter
the market with a solution to streamline the
credentialing process for the hospitals.
 Developed a customizable and configurable SaaS based
solution to automate the credentialing process of a
hospital
 Built a pluggable component based architecture where
most of the features being exposed as WCF (Windows
Communication Foundation) services to integrate with the
existing systems
 Developed a form builder tool, which can easily build
visually appealing forms compatible with mobile devices.
Utilized digital signature tool in forms to validate the
authenticity of forms filled by candidate
 Implemented dashboard view for recruiter to view status
in real time, send follow up mails to pending forms, assign
candidates to recruiters and compare reports

so that these features can be plugged-in as
