LAOUAR is a NSCA-certified personal trainer, certified sports
nutritionist, professional bodybuilder, and former gymnast who works
with gymnasts, from beginner level ones all the way up to Elites and
Olympians, on nutrition and fitness through her online training
programs, speaking engagements, and traveling Betsy Bootcamps. She
specializes in promoting balance, positive and healthy body image, non-
restrictive and performance nutrition, and strength training for
gymnasts. MESS LAOUAR’passion for cooking started at a very
early age. After graduating culinary school, he worked in many diverse
restaurants and caterers in France and America, specializing in the
regional cooking of Alsace. His recipes are heavily influenced by the
south of France, where he lived for almost a decade, as well as his
parents’Algerian cooking and heritage. He caters parties and
events in and around the Cincinnati area and works with his wife, Betsy,
in creating catered meals and camps for her athletes.
