  1. ni kanske har tänkt på att allt fler saker blivit gratis. tidningar. mail. mjukvara. och fler saker “anses” gratis, fastän det är stöld - musik, film, program. och fler och fler upplever konkurrens från open source, gratistidningar, etc... Tre saker idag: - varför free - vad är fel med free - hur konkurrerar man i en ny värld
  2. Orsaker: 1.Digital - ingen reproduktionskostnad 2.Napster (1999) generation & internet - skapat bilden att digtialt är gratis 3.Reklamfinanciering Vad blir då fel?
  3. vad är problemet med att saker inte kostar? är inte det bättre?
  4. scenario1: mindre intäkter. dra ner kostnader. vare sig det kommer av konkurrens eller självvalt. gladiator - 103 miljoner dollars budget.
  5. Dra ner kostnader - dra ner kvalitet... hur många hade sett gladiator om den såg ut såhär? producenten och redaktören har ett jobb - “konsumenter är nu producenter” är en teknisk synvinkel.
  6. scenario2: nya intäkter.
  7. ingen annons hade varit ok med den placeringen...
  8. så nyheten försvinner. som den mindre intäkten... Och här kommer det tredje problemet. vilken nyhet är den ideala? och för vem? betalaren och kunden bryr sig bara att det inte “stör”. hög upplaga är målet - inte att du läser innehållet.
  9. så då får vi nyheter utan innehåll. “pluggar” som de kallas. och dessutom är det billigare att skriva ovesäntliga nyheter. bara bra eller? nej - kund leder företag till utveckling och innovation. hur ska du tillfredställa din kund?
  10. så hur kan man nu göra affärer om ens konkurrenter, företag, organisationer eller fenomen, är gratis? eller är vi bara gammaldags? ska saker vara gratis? jag tycker inte det!
  11. “Free” som i “tröskelfritt”. Vad var det som hände med Napster? Inte pengar (bara) utan - Playlists - mixtape/blandband.
  12. problemet löst - men olagligt.
  13. spotify - musiktjänst som låter dig lyssna på nästan all världens musik - antigen med reklamavbrott eller så betalar du 99 SEK/mån - och det gör folk! lindoff-exempel.
  14. ett annat sätt är att låta folk utmärka sig.
  15. Virtuell status löjligt - hur är det med era “fysiska kläder”? Eller er som inte bryr er - privat emaildomän? eller premium på linkedin.
  16. två likadana broar - 99kr och “garanterat säker” eller gratis? minska risken - servermjukvara - försäkringar
